I don’t have much good to say about this company.. it’s unfortunate how they run business here, they will make you work hard long hours and not pay you for it, you’re out there risking your life just for them to take some loads from you to save a buck and it’s a disgraceful thing to do! Ask any driver who drove for this company they’ll tell you but just Save yourself a headache and go look somewhere else. This company is not professional and makes PGT look bad. I had to quit after I show them all paperwork, did everything through the app and still didn’t get paid for my loads and then they do it again because I quit but you know what they need the extra money so they can keep my hard working money. That’s Navarro trucking for you!

Im a new driver for this company they took me in fresh out of cdl school (nettts). I received proper training from donny. He's very knowledgeable and has years of experience. took the time to answer all my questions. As other reviews stated, if you like to challenge yourself physically and like working hard and not always inside the truck, flatbedding is for you. I've met all the staff from the owner to dispatch and the mechanics everybody is super freindly. Also, my road trainer leo was amazing, spent 3 weeks out on the road there was serious times and also fun times. Everybody is truly amazing to work with.

This trucking company had a vehicle on Rt 95 southbound on Maine a couple weeks ago that was in the driving lane, while I was passing, pulled right in front of me forcing me to slam on my brakes. Mind you I was doing highway speed and passing legally...the truck had ZERO reason to pull into my lane as he had several hundred feet in front of him with no vehicles. Called the dispatch center for the company to complain... never got a call call. Clearly they are okay with unsafe drivers who almost cause accidents and refuse to respond when people point that out.

Great place to start. I was right out of NETTTs and the gave me a job. I will say if you are looking to just be a driver, this company or flatbed is not for you. Don, my trainer, was very knowledgeable and really put me on a good start. Yes you are out in the elements, so wear boots, rain suit and warm clothes. My driver trainer, Dan, had patience and did a great job getting me ready for my solo test. I would definitely recommend this company for new drivers, BUT understand it's a TOUGH type of trucking and you deal with weather. The two Owners are personable and friendly. Scott and the office personnel are there for you and helpful.

I was treated unfairly. I said my concerns about the training and they said owner fired me. Since I didn't come in. I was on my way in after I spoke with my manager. Who understood my concerns. I told him i had to talk to human resources at 9am then id be in. Stupid behavior!

The trainer Donnie is the most inpatient person you can ever meet don’t know how to trained people and when you ask him a question he talk to you with sarcasm and gets annoyed easily…. Also his tone of voice is not the best one he talk to you like if your a kid or in the army I believe he can also be a little disrespectful Good luck to them if they keep having him as a trainer ….. people won’t last or tolerate his non sense….. they think women can’t Do the Job as A TRUCK driver….

Dispatch will give u a load and have to wait 2 days for the load to be ready. They tell you 1200 a week pay and you won't even make 800 dollars. Dispatch will blame you for there mistakes that eventually will cost you your job. Management don't care about there drivers, they will leave you stranded for days, if an emergency happens they won't even answer the phone. The owner is a great person but the new personal that was hired dont know what's is being in the road( never drove a truck), they have no idea how is in the road they think you are driving a car.
