Great place to work! Been here a very long time. Is what you make it . Every where you go there’s problems. But at least they will listen to you and your concerns. The ones talking smack on the other reviews, well I’ve not even heard of there names so lol, they are full of it! Everyone in the shop are cool and will help you out but yes they are busy so be patient.

I drive for Newman out of Kankakee. Great place to work! Very caring about family!. I am not just a number to them, which is rare. (At least to me) They have some great equipment here in my opinion. If anything happens to my truck they are quick to fix it or put me in a spare truck if the repairs require more time! I've seen the negative reviews on here, but I've never experienced any of them. I've always enjoyed my job here. I've been a driver for about 17 years and worked for many companies. This one is the best fit for me out of all of them, been here about 2 years and have no plans on leaving.

The owner has trust issues and the pay is poor if OTR. What they pay you can find a local job and be home every night. They want you to live in those trucks. The safety guy is a joke and can't be trusted
