Just finishing the onboarding process and I’m extremely impressed so far with the hospitality the company has shown so far! Everyone is extremely friendly and the recruiter, Skye, made the entire process a breeze! She was very warming, welcoming, and had the answer to every question I asked! She went out her way to help me with issues I had and I’m very much appreciative of her!

We've done 50+ loads with Payne Trucking and everything was excellent. Recently we had one issue on a load, where one of our employees made a mistake, but it was handled professionally by Payne. They left a FG on that incident, which I expect to be removed by Bradley, who showed great understanding.

I am thoroughly impressed with the Brokerage Company. Their transparency and professionalism are evident in every interaction. In an industry where quick, impersonal decisions can often prevail, it's refreshing to find a partner in trucking who is genuinely commited to working cllaboratively towards a solution of a problem.

Don’t know too much about this company but I do know they have some of the worse drivers. This morning at approximately 8:02 I got into the right lane and this big truck pulled up behind me trying to run me over pretty much. He sped up, got extremely close to my car. Crazy thing is I work for the Sheriffs Dept and I will see that this person is punished for his reckless driving

This rate for owner operators! 447 miles for $612! Trailers are trash! 98% of loads are 45k+ lbs! As owner operator you don’t pick your loads! They don’t do spot market! Dispatcher doesn’t know what is rate confirmation and don’t provide it to you!

My thoughts and experiences with Payne Trucking is hands down one of the BEST trucking companies I have ever worked for. With almost 30 years of in cab of a truck and in the transportation industry this company is top notch. Great pay, home time, benefits and awesome people to work with. I am very happy here at Payne and recommend this company to any driver who wants to better themselves and their career. Being the PTP field driver trainer, my job is very satisfying and rewarding on a personal level. If you have a CDL and want to learn how to drive and safely operate a dump bed combination vehicle we have a spot for you. Just get ahold of the recruiting department and they can help you get started.

I called this place twice for assistance on a trailer. The first day I called, I was told that the guy I needed to speak with was on break, ok, the second day, I was like ok he never called me back, let's try again. I gave all my info on wanting to rent a trailer if possible and noone ever even bothered to call me back to say anything. Not good for customer service.

I just like to say I drove the truck over there for about a year I put down $5,000 I didn't get the receipt , which was my fault and when I went to buy my truck a year later I got ripped off of the $5,000 that I put down it never was counted for ,.and I did Loads over there you can go do a load for one or two different places and get paid the same rate ..really , but I dont recommend somebody driving over there don't believe all the comments that people said on payne and nobody over there cares about drivers maybe a few., I'm sorry but the lady sky is not a truck driver so y'all remember all this been said on payne half of it's true God sees and knows everything

As long as I was on time, no accidents, speeding tickets I was left alone. The only time I would hear from management or dispatch is if they had an emergency load that needed to be somewhere ASAP they knew I would get it done for them. It didn't matter if I was out of driving hour's or whatever the situation was. All I knew is they called me and asked for my help and as far as I knew there were only 3 driver's that dispatch could call on.
