Penske trucking has by far the highest quality trucks, great prices, and amazing employees. The people here care about their work, and want to serve you best. If you have weird questions, they will answer them. The service department is full of great people who work hard on the trucks to ensure that you’ll never be disappointed. Used em for a move between states without any complaints whatsoever.

The worst, absolutely pathetic! We're so tired of bringing our trucks and trailers back time and time again for the same issues only to listen to their excuses! They've put annual inspection stickers on the equipment without repairing the problems. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE regardless of how desperate they are! Trust me, folks, if you're looking for a decent leasing company, keep looking! Once you sign the contract, you are stuck with them, and all the slovenly work and frustration that goes with it! We've had to ship our product at our cost because of the unreliability of the equipment! Keep that in mind if you're considering using this lousy company for your truck leasing. I had to leave one star to leave a review, it actuality it should be a -5. My reply to yours; this has been going on for years, ever since we've been doing business with you! It's actually gotten worse! Your maintenance is practically nonexistent, and your service is a joke! You do genuinely sound concerned here, but I've heard it before, so I know better!

The job requires 60+ hours per week with no overtime pay. Equipment is well-maintained. Only night shift routes are available—some are simple drop-and-hook, while others involve five delivery stops with a fully loaded 53-foot trailer.

It operates with a highly progressive mindset. Employees can work four days per week unless weekends are planned, otherwise, it’s five days with either Friday-Saturday or Sunday-Monday off. Start times range from 10 AM–1 PM or 8 PM–12 AM.

A wonderful job with easy routes, good pay, and reasonable shifts. Home time is a major plus—drivers are home daily or nightly. Benefits are solid, and trucks are newer models with a 65 mph speed governor.

The best part of the job? I was unfairly terminated while on FMLA leave. The company doesn’t pay overtime after 40 hours. The most stressful aspect was unnecessary auto-stop technology. Coworkers were great, but office operations were shady. A typical day was busy, and the trucks were decent.

I was hired as a CDL-A driver to deliver medical supplies for a Penske contract. The job was straightforward—palletized deliveries to hospitals and dialysis clinics using a pallet jack. Unfortunately, Penske lost the contract, and I had to find work elsewhere.
