You work directly with us

We are a 3rd generation trucking family. Our granddad, CF McGraw, started a trucking business that delivered produce such as fruits, vegetables and goods directly to local businesses in the Kansas area. Our dad, Joe McGraw, continued the business after he returned from Vietnam with the Marines. He was a forward observer, was shot twice and received a Purple Heart for his dedication to our nation.

$70 after hour washout. The washout guy is very rude. My trailer was already clean when JBS guard sends me directly to this place to washout. I think they're working together to dupe us out our money (when I asked her how much she made off sening me over there she says, "Not enough" 🤔. Had to open my own doors, and he left me waiting without telling me to come in and pay first. Will not be coming back here and I'm going to warn others to steer clear.

I'm currently waiting at the location. It would be awesome if someone answered their phone or had been on the premises. Seeing they are leaving the gate open and no security around for it's protection. I need a washout. You guys do a great job with cleaning. But, it can grate the teeth waiting for long periods of time, when you're scheduled for a pickup. Now, it's 4 trucks besides me, waiting for washout. Editing message as I wait.

Armando has been delivering to shops I work at for a long time. All the drivers that preferred are very friendly easy to work with and willing to get out of their truck to help- which can be rare sometimes. Preferred is a great company to work with and I would suggest them anytime as I have been doing business with them for over 10 years in the Front Range area.

Good washout in a timely manner. Great customer service and a friendly attitude. A little expensive after hours, but they are on call 24/7, so...will probably use their service again...during business hours. :)

Do not work for this company. Their freight is not consistent. Dispatch will lie to you about loads when you know they have loads or they will take loads from you and give them to someone else. They dont pay for detention pay. They try to tell you their detention pay does not start till after you have sat for 14 hours. Dispatch and the load planner does not care about their drivers they are a one sided family owned company. Their turnover is poor and there Is always a empty truck. I paid for vision and dental insurance monthly and wasnt even insured when I went to the eye dr was told I'd be reimbursed and never was then I hurt my foot had to go to er just to find out I did not have medical insurance coverage since 2017 but they were taking insurance out each week for medical. There isn't any consistent home time. They tell you for each week you stay out is day home but after two days home they want you back out on the road
