Perhaps not every company can track its initials back over 100 years, but Quality Carriers can. We have been in the field of transporting goods and materials since 1913, when our founder, B. F. Leaman, started this company with a single Pierce Arrow truck that carried lime and milk across Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. From that time up to today, Quality Carriers has nurtured a reputation for safety, honesty, quality, reliability and industry superiority We do our part by ensuring that our drivers are well trained, our equipment is well maintained, and our customers are delighted by the quality of our people and our services. We adhere to the highest ethical standards, conducting every client engagement with integrity. We strive to protect our employees, our customers, the public and the environment by making safety the foremost consideration in everything we do.

I remember when my son had his first baseball game. Quality Carriers worked with me to adjust my schedule so I wouldn't miss it.
I remember when my son had his first game. They worked with me to change my schedule, so I wouldn't miss it. Love them. t's these little things that show they value us
They are ready to invest in you, even partially knowing you
I've been with Quality for over 4 years and I love working here. The people here are great and really care about the drivers.
One of your drivers with A hazardous load. Was driving through Houston Texas this morning and rain and very high traffic . Knowing full well the lane was ending he would not let me in. I honked to let him know I needed to get in and he sped up and almost pushed me into a barrier and cause me to wreck! I have been trying to reach out to the company to report this and none of their extensions work. I have pictures of this truck with a Vin number. Are used to work for a trucking company and what that man did today was absolutely unacceptable and if this was a reputable company this person would be fired. Hopefully they will reach out to me via my contact over their website because I darn sure can’t get in touch with him via phone. Seeing from their reviews it looks like maybe some of the companies that contract them should reconsider because that guy about killed me and several other people And almost caused a hazardous chemical spill on one of the biggest freeways in Houston. I’m going to do my very best to make sure that driver is not on the road because he will kill someone
Great company to work with and for. The parking situation is challenging due to all the businesses and only one exit. It's not unheard of to spend 10 - 15 mins just trying to get out of the garage. It's not horrible if you have a good audio book.
One of this company’s tanker drivers tried to side swipe my vehicle on Interstate 5 North near Woodburn, OR the driver was easily going more than 70 miles an hour and this was on 11/10/23 the driver tried to side swipe my vehicle three times. The first one was at 5:15pm and the traffic was not heavy.
Wouldn't recommend working on thier trucks. The company might be okay but the drivers are the face of thier company. Not a pleasant experience
Teach your semis how to drive on I-4. It's not ok to just pull over on people.
idiots can’t drive on the highway, ran me off the road
Worst company I ever worked for ! Stay away! 0 communication , equipment is trash, and no freight ZEROOOOO stars!
I am nearing my 25th year with QC and continue to remain very happy with this company. If you're considering QC, don't hesitate!
Extremely unsafe trucking company seen there driver speed though construction zones tailgate other vehicles texting while driving ran red lights and stop signs speed though truck stop parking lots and all while pulling hazardous Materials
If I could give negative stars that would be a fair rating. This is the absolute worst place for employment! They charge you for THEIR mistakes, they don't fix anything problems when the trucks are broken and beaten down. And when you do break down for 8+ hours, they don't call you or show any concern for your well being in a stranded enviroment. But they do, however, lie and flip stories around to make them look good in all situations. If you're thinking of coming to this affiliate (Laser Tank Lines)......DON'T!!!
Great place to work! Love the people and the drivers.
Fantastic company. Great place to work.
Great place to work for.
An excellent role with tangible achievements proving you can accomplish incredible things! Equips you to reach your full potential and guides you toward success! A top-tier organization centered on fostering expertise.
Each day is unique, offering plenty to learn. Pay varies based on terminal location. Training provides valuable insights, but real-world tasks bring unexpected challenges.
Compensation is solid. If minimal home time suits you, this could be the ideal workplace. Personally, the long hours—14-hour shifts most of the time—were tough. If management listened to drivers and their suggestions, operations could improve, reducing turnover. Communication within the office is a major issue. Drivers struggle when management falls behind—dirty trailers assigned, incorrect pickup/delivery times given, and poorly scheduled loads. The workload is demanding: 14-hour shifts followed by a 10-hour break before diving back in. Additionally, newer drivers often receive better treatment than seasoned ones, enjoying different pay packages and weekends off.
This trucking company stands among the best—efficient dispatching, a modern fleet, and company policies that consistently support drivers in any situation.
What is the best part of working at the company? The fast-paced environment keeps things fresh; every day presents something new. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Navigating heavy traffic while out on the road. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Exceptional—dispatch is reliable, and the people are fantastic. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Starting early, grabbing paperwork, and getting a head start makes for a great day.
A solid company with no major complaints—well-organized, friendly staff, a strong emphasis on safety, and relatively new equipment. Dedicated lanes are available at times.
The pay is low, and the work environment is frustrating. Excessive unpaid waiting times make this an unfriendly company for drivers. Terminal 121 offers nothing good—avoid it.
Operations were highly unorganized. A new driver manager was assigned to me almost every week, and no one seemed aware of overall company direction. For chemical tank drivers, working with a knowledgeable team is critical, but QC failed to provide that confidence.
Local Driver—maximum of two loads per day. Management is effective. The work is straightforward. The hardest part is the lack of a set schedule. Driving remains the most enjoyable aspect.
I spent a year working here, gained valuable experience, and was compensated well. No regrets—fantastic place to be.
Dispatch can be unpredictable—there’s no set schedule, and some nights you won't know your assignment until after 9 PM. Earnings are reasonable when loads are available, but they are becoming scarcer.
What is the best part of working at the company? An amazing team and a family-friendly atmosphere—truly the best trucking company around! What is the most stressful part about working at the company? There is absolutely no stress working with QC personnel—it’s outstanding! What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. Everyone remains upbeat. What is a typical day like for you at the company? First, I pre-trip my truck, then I inspect my trailer. There’s no rush—safety always comes first in pre-trip checks.
An adequate company for those new to bulk transport. If you're an owner-operator, the inconsistent workload makes employment here inadvisable. However, they do assist with repairs.
A decent place to work—dedicated assignments for a few months, mostly home-based but occasionally over the road. Fair pay with a fuel surcharge, solid equipment, and worthwhile recommendations for fellow drivers. Offers a lease-to-own program with discounts on fuel and tires.
A challenging position for owner-operators. You’ll be competing with lease operators for assignments, as they often receive priority for premium loads and dedicated lanes. The load board leaves much to be desired.
The best trucking job I’ve had! Friendly staff always ready to help, treating drivers with respect rather than as mere numbers. Planning to retire here—clean trucks, great atmosphere.
QC has its ups and downs—sometimes workload is high, sometimes it's minimal. Too many drivers, not enough freight. Payroll issues arise frequently, often with little resolution from corporate. You must request work when they know you're home. Post-COVID, operations remain slow. Management does accommodate family emergencies and sick leave when necessary.
