They love to take other companies trailers without permission and use them for their own use. They even took one of our trailers that had freight in it! Still cannot locate this freight that has a value of $60K on it! Our trailers are clearly marked with our company name on them but yet their drivers cant read and hook to them and go with them.

I'm in trucking for the last 10 years, and can tell that this company is most professional and easy to work with. From dispatch to accounting and safety. Thumbs up and guys just stay how are you now. Thank you for business and keep rolling

Used this company for the first time on a load from Tennessee to Cleveland Oh. My first interaction was outstanding. The dispatch Mia was prompt and had excellent communication. The driver that was used, Daisy, was absolutely wonderful from his upbeat mood to his desire to get the job done right. I would highly recommend this company.

This company did nothing but harass our business. They called us atleast 10x a day demanding that we work on it when we didnt even have parts. Even their own driver was not agreeing with how they were handing business. They then proceed to act like children getting their entire staff to leave us a 1 star for us on google reviews. (14 reviews in total from one company). Its pathetic and unprofessional.

Amazing company to work with.

Rakmark will take you anywhere, and back! I started with this company in march 2020 and during corona peak i was still making money! From an edge of declaring bancruptcy in march, to being able to afford 40 days vacation in december, all due to great dispatch team work and perfect communication overall. At first i was renting equipment from them, however, when i gathered enough funds to get my own truck, i still wana stay with them since i dont want to switch winning team.

This is a great company to workf for. I have been with them for 8 months. Their Safety and Accounting Departments are professional and cordial. Their Despatching team is an sbsolute star of the company, they are heart and soul of Rakmark, Mia, Sasha, Bryan, just to name few. They will get you long haul loads, short North Eastern trips, if you prefer along I-81 corridor, they will get you home bound load at a short notice. They will call shippers, receiver, they would call to find out if there is an overnight parking avaliable if you are delivering in NYC. They are always ready to work with you and your preferances but the key is mutual respect. My favorite guy there is new fleet manager, Alex. Him and his shop team always stay on top of everything. Everyone in the company will do en extra mile for their drivers. You will find here courtesy, transparency and respect from all the saff.

do not be fooled. that truck is the only new one. they are old trucks. and they also pay the scrow. You sign 1 contract where you are bound by 2 business weeks. to give you money back. 1000 dollars that are yours. If they do the wrong thing and you go wrong, they make you pay money and the trucks are always broken. I do not recommend this company. The only thing that company serves are the girls from the chicago office.

I just started with this company and I'm getting nothing but good vibes from Alex and there staff.alex keeps it real with you which is very hard to find in this line of work.the girls in office are professional and kind and there very helpfully explaineing how everything is suppose to go!!so I want to thank danoto for helping me start with this new company.the most important thing is they treat you like a person and not a number.so thank you RAKMARK INC for giving me the opertinuty to be part of the RAKMARK TEAM!!!
