This company is suitable for new drivers looking to gain experience before moving on. Experienced drivers should look elsewhere. The trucks are decent, but the trailers need maintenance.
The pay is very low, making it a viable option only for those who prioritize staying local over earning a competitive CDL salary. If you value good benefits and a company that genuinely cares about its drivers, this is not the right place for you.
