Do good for the greater good
great company to work with . We have done business with them for 13+ years and I can say it has been a pleasure.
Waited over an hour for a return ride home that was scheduled days ago. Never will I use this company again. Poor customer service was contacted 3 different times saying a diver will be there to pick you up in 20min then finally the driver that dropped me off calls me telling me I should call for another ride??? Are you serious??? Wow not sure how you stay in business like that.
Beautiful company that supports our family! Professional drivers that place safety in high regard, respectable establishment.
My husband works there. And all the guys are nice. But there are alot of pot holes.
Horrible service. Surprised there still in business. Don't treat there drivers well.
Naturally I'm biased because I work there
Just mowed n trimmed your landscape
Good place to work for
Drivers inconsiderate on road
Busy company
Worked for them about 12 years ago. Had family issues and they worked with me everyday to support me. Found a job that better fit my needs. Great company !!!
Great Company to work for all brand new Freightliners and some Volvo
Great company to work for!!! They treated me extremely well and strive to provide great service without putting their drivers at risk. Would recommend them to anyone.
Regency is the worse trucking company that you can work at. They will run you like an animal, they scream and disrespect you and they will force you to run with no hours left on your e-logs. They pay by the mile local you will never make all the money they promise YOU RATHER FLIP BURGERS . is a HELL ON Earth place to work. Run for your life they're horrible to work with . That I guarantee you. Safety director is a joke . THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY U EQUIPMENT. Obviously for the pennies they pay you they can afford new trucks. They have a really bad reputation. Don't do it you will regret . You have been WARNED.
Best company I've ever worked for. Great dispatchers that make you feel welcomed from day 1.
Pay was fairly low. Hours way too long. Fairly regularly expected to use 16 hour exception.
Used to work there long time ago with the chep pallets
Independent Contractors seem to like it here. Company driver's with experience are well compensated. Two locations for driver's areas with brand new hot showers, comfy chairs, coffee, snacks. Fruit provided in Franklin and Chicopee.
Avoid working as an owner-operator here—you’ll have to compete with company drivers. While the pay isn’t terrible, work availability is inconsistent, and you’ll often haul 48,000 pounds or more.
What is the best part of working at the company? Finishing work early in the afternoon. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Dealing with rude customers, cancellations, air travel, and walking in cold weather. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Expect to work outdoors in all kinds of weather. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Driving customers to and from destinations, loading and unloading luggage.
They’ll keep you busy, but if you bring up concerns, the office tends to ignore them. Their priority is moving loads, not addressing driver issues. Many of their drivers are unfriendly and rude.
A good workplace with flexible hours. Plenty of perks, and tips depend on the account or whether the owner encourages gratuity. Sometimes no tip after a long trip, but it's a great place to learn the business.
They advertise a $1,000 weekly minimum but often find ways to avoid paying it. They'll pressure you into hauling illegal loads and breaking the 16-hour rule. Short runs waste time, making it tough to earn a decent wage.
A decent company but doesn’t match competitor pay. Work picks up in spring and summer but slows in fall and winter. If you stick to a five-day schedule, you’ll earn a guaranteed $1,000 weekly.
Driver favoritism is common, and management lacks business expertise. Long 16-hour shifts for only 250 miles aren't worth it. Excessive monitoring through smart drive sensors and cameras feels like constant surveillance, leading to terminations that harm drivers’ records. Better to look elsewhere.
You won’t get enough miles, and bi-weekly pay means you’re lucky to take home $1,100 for two weeks—not enough for New England living. Local drivers earn more than regional ones, so staying home every night may be the better option.
A good company overall. Offers one week of paid vacation after a year. No 401K, but weekends off, overtime available, and they do their best to accommodate scheduling needs.
Management and dispatch are highly unprofessional, pushing drivers to their limits. Their vehicles frequently break down, and many are unsafe to operate.
Starts off well but quickly declines due to management. They promise a great experience but mainly focus on moving freight and hitting quotas. A 1.5-star company in my book.
Spent five years here as a driver while assisting with IT. Never felt like part of the team or recognized for my service. Long hours away from family despite working locally. Being a loner helped, but the job didn’t support my IT career growth, forcing me to leave.
Watch out for shady managers. Wouldn’t recommend this company—they pushed unwanted dispatch work and terminated my contract when I refused. I’ll be seeking legal advice.
Left because I needed a day shift after working nights and couldn't stand slip seating. Some unpleasant drivers in Worcester, but the trucks were in decent shape.
No perks—work hard, earn money. Some months are better than others. Plenty of drivers, but not much chance to connect personally. A few exceptions.
Could offer more incentives for owner-operators, but overall, a solid company for launching an owner-operator business. Good option for staying local or having family time.
Just started the job, but the hours weren’t a good fit for me. Training was inadequate—I requested more, was promised it, but never received it.
