Their attention to detail is insane—like, they even remembered my preferred packing materials without me having to remind them
Props to Reile’s for keeping it green and keeping it real
I tried using their service once, and they had my stuff delivered faster than my Uber Eats
Responsive, friendly, and they actually listened to my needs
If you’re looking for a company that gives a damn, Reile’s is your crew.
I arrived at 0745 and checked in with shipping, There's a friendly lady working there and she gave me a door assignment right away. They started loading the trailer 15 minutes after bumping the dock. I was loaded less than 30 minutes later, went inside signed paperwork and dock worker came out sealed trailer. There are some vending machines inside the shipping office for the drivers.
This place sucks to get loaded. After loading me they sealed my truck before I could secure the load. They didn't strap my pallet jacket back down and wouldn't let me do it. This is a joke. Can't believe men work here. Guy at front desk has attitude...not my fault you have a women's job. Hate this place
Fast loading, friendly people. They open to start shipping/receiving at 7:30am. I suggest getting there an hour early or so. We had one truck ahead of us, 7:20am rolls around, 6 other trucks come rolling in. First come first serve. It is an ungated facility, but I'm not sure if they allow overnight parking. It's worth calling and asking. We got into a door right away, loaded in under 20 minutes and paperwork was ready by the time we pulled back to the front of the building. There are 2 entrances, you will want the first entrance, office will be down on the left.
They’re ultra slow, waited here about 6 hours to be loaded, try to miss this place.
Have appointment 9:00 am. They can't move empty trailers from the doors. At 10:55 am they call me and give door 11. From this door 11 they company driver try to take out an empty trailer with frozen brakes, but he failed and stack themselve. He call for help. So I still waiting for empty door and is 11:30 am. What are fun company :)
Nice People and no to fast unloading
Huge place filled with beet pulp horse food .. never knew how much horses live this stuff. If you own a farm or stock store .. you should definitely check it out.
Arrived within my appointment window and waited 15 min for a dock, then still sat for 3+ hrs while other trucks who arrived after me were loaded and sent on their way! Terrible!!
Reile's Transfer & Delivery, 4001 32nd Street N, Fargo, ND 58102 there’s other building entrance from 32nd st. Come with pick up number. Loaded quickly.
OTR Driver here.Picked up here. Checkin/Checkout, Dock/Dock Availability, Loading all good. From checkin to checkout about 90 minutes. The folks were friendly here, this was my experience here. Pull out after given green light at dock,go inside get bills, go back out to your truck and they come out to put seal on.
Easy in,get loaded and out.
Great people they do there job professionally the office transfer and delivery is back the building
Fast loading, friendly people. They open to start shipping/receiving at 7:30am. I suggest getting there an hour early or so. Great staff get assigned to a door right away an they are very fast at loading
1st time I was here from 0700 to 1345 because of overweight. 2nd time I'm here 0700 and load isn't ready. Their door doesn't open until 0730 spot on so be waiting in line so other drivers don't jump the line to get signed in ahead of you, it can cost you 2 hours of waiting or more depending on docks available. They currently have a company on contract and will work them ahead of you so make sure you have plenty of hours on your clock. Stay professional with them and they stay professional with you all in all. This trip nose heavy and 44880 at 79560 scaled at stamart cat scale. Got through east scale at 34000 on drives. Stay safe.
I waited 5 hours just to get a door and 2 hours to get loaded.. This place will never see me again.
Busy but doing their jobs of loading and unloading Semi Trucks... took care of me as soon as they could... fast loading once they got started... Thanks folks!
We are always in and out of here all the time I've never had any problems always been very fast very professional and the office staff is very friendly
What is the best part of working at the company? You’re not treated as just a number here—it’s a family-oriented environment, and they make an effort to accommodate drivers' needs. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The trucks lack the necessary power for long-haul trips. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It’s a positive and supportive work environment. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Driving all day, making deliveries, and maintaining constant communication with dispatch.
I originally took this job as a temporary position, expecting it to last around two months. Some changes occurred throughout the project, but overall, it wasn’t a bad place to work. Better pay and a closer job in Tennessee would have made it even better.
The employer maintains a strong relationship with employees, providing clear instructions and opportunities for advancement. Internal promotions are encouraged, and they offer fair pay along with full benefits.
I’m not sure what to say—there are a couple of great bosses here. However, the organization and management are seriously lacking. The one truly competent manager was demoted, which was disappointing.
Management is highly disorganized, and workplace gossip is constant. Even taking a break or using the restroom was difficult due to insufficient coverage. I was juggling multiple roles for months, repeatedly requesting help, but never received any support.
A typical day is fast-paced and always evolving. The work is complex, but the small team dynamic creates a family-like atmosphere. Management has an open-door policy—if you need something, just ask, and they’ll do their best to assist. The hardest part is adapting to the constant changes, but flexibility is key. The best part? It’s fast, engaging, and fosters a strong sense of community.
This job had potential, but frequent and unpredictable layoffs affected every employee. On the bright side, I gained valuable experience in organizing and optimizing space using a forklift.
