Spanish women not respected driver , really bad place ever 6 hours but still not call to me for dock, place don't came these stupid place

Nice people, available overnight parking and washroom and shower . Fast unloading 30mins.

I'm not the negative type to say anything about a place or company but, this by far has to be one of the top 5 worse places to work ever. Unprofessional, obnoxious management, they gossip on and off the clock and the pay isn't worth all the headaches plus I wasn't trained properly to even do the job right. They wanted me to make rate my 2nd day there. Not right at all! I wouldn't advice anyone to work for this company in any state or region.

Awesome place to work!

I started with RJW as a company driver a few months back doing 3rd shift line haul. Absolutely great place to work. As long as you do your job in a safe manner its about as easy going as a trucking job can get. The pay rivals other LTL jobs including teamsters who I have worked for before without all micro managing. Adam is a the most down to earth dispatcher I have had and is always professional while being very understanding and easy going. 5 star in terms of being a company driver here, couldn't ask for better.

The company culture is built on deception—most of what they tell drivers is inaccurate. There’s no work-life balance, and it feels like a dead-end job. Management does the bare minimum and lacks concern for employees. Communication is nonexistent, leading to frustration, incompetence, and constant headaches.

I truly enjoyed my time at RJW. The staff was fantastic, and the pay and responsibilities were fair. If I didn’t have so many bills, I would have stayed forever! I made about $900 a week on an easy schedule.

Excellent company—the boss genuinely cares about employees and treats them like family. I’d recommend this job to anyone who enjoys being on the road.

Management doesn’t care about employees, and dispatchers waste a lot of time before expecting drivers to work 12–14-hour shifts. The company does not offer raises—I spent 7.5 years here without one. In my opinion, avoid working for this company.

The company was thriving until they changed the pay scale and delivery scheduling. It’s still a great company with great people, but the pay structure took a hit when things slowed down. Overall, I’m satisfied with RJW and its team, but I need better earnings to meet my financial responsibilities.
