Truckers enlisted with RRR Transportation are to handle a magnum opus in efficiency — aerodynamic trucks. A major thrust for us is efficiency, because it lessens outlay on fuel, plus it's like a key to a bigger pay for drivers; they reap those direct savings, good for their pockets. A determined pledge exists: we shall perpetuate a fleet with drivers of top-tier experience. Only those with records so clean are welcome aboard. This is a bar, and it is high; it actually guarantees that we are paired with some of the utmost professionals in the trade, in our machine throng. The seasonal outcome? We miss hefty and wearisome DOT inspections — we don't know them much. This way, drivers can travel continuously, because time is maximized on the road.

One may wonder about the prospects at RRR Transportation. An initiative is ongoing, a quest for committed and skillful truck drivers in teams or as solo operators. Recognized as a notable long-distance hauler of freight in the Deep South area, exceptional maintenance of practitioners in this demanding profession is something we boast of. A broad spectrum of fringe benefits we possess, with competitive and plentiful options for extended cross-country odysseys; our operators are sufficiently accommodated both on their assignments and in their time off. The comforting and secure late-model Volvo 780's, company property, are at the disposal of solo operators or those working in teams. They've been designed for long-distance trips. Then consider a hire policy focused on recruiting the elite in the field, providing them with the treatment they are worthy of. Are your skills valued at your current workplace? Perhaps you're just in need of superior support? Rely on this as an affirmation: an encounter with RRR Transportation can bring about a significant change. Today is the day! Submitting an application could grant the opportunity to be part of the RRR Transportation community.

Great place to work and great people who go the extra mile for customers and employees alike
My experience with this company they need better equipment the trucks suck .I have to say the staff was good we left the company do bad equipment.
Great people to work for my husband said
Me and my codriver came over to RRR Transportation about 3 months ago maybe a little more. Since we have been with this company every one at the the office has been extremely nice and we feel respected working for RRR. They are a great company that offer great pay and great equipment plus good benifits The recruiter Linda is so very nice and even gives us occasional little gifts like shirts other small gifts which is nice to know a company cares for the drivers. If you are looking to find a company that is great to drive for I would HIGHLY recommend RRR Transportation I have never felt more welcome at a company than I do now. :-)
What is the best part of working at the company? Trucks and maintenance staff were top notch. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Poor communication and no detention pay for the driver, regardless how long you're detained. Insurance is outrageously high $276.00 for driver and 1 dependent. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Two faced... I guess you could say laid back. But beware to whom you speak with. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Driving to my destination with little or no contact with dispatch.
Steady freight. Consitany money. There are bonuses. Sometimes it's slow but on track as regional driver to make 70k this year. Not the highest money but Def not the lowest. Very considerate to their drivers that run freight. Cannot be late here and cannot be inexperienced.
Going broke working here the equipment keeps breaking the won’t pay or they find away not to pay you mechanical downtime been with them over a year and done nothing but lose money time to make a change
It’s like every other trucking company out there. They will lie and tell you how much they care about you and how you’re family but when it comes right down to it you’re just another load of freight to them. Decent pay and good equipment but other than that it’s the same as any other company in the industry.
If you dont physical turn your trip pack in to home terminal by Monday you dont get paid.if you take more than 34hrs off you dont get paid the next week
What is the best part of working at the company? They take care of their drivers What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Delivering to food distribution centers like Kroger or Publix. They don’t respect drivers at all What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Good, people respect each other What is a typical day like for you at the company? Everyday is different for each driver
They do show their appreciation. The health insurance is astronomical though. The pay is ok. For a small fleet it's what you would expect, but larger companies are paying a lot more with better benefits, but no home time or respect. You have to decide what your priorities are. They don't require you to drive in ice or snow, but you won't make money if you don't.
Did a lot of short runs with live loads and unloads. Shaved the miles you run by hundreds of miles. 4 day Denver runs if you get them take 7 days with all the waiting you will do with the live loads and babysitting freight you will do with appointment times. Average live load/ unload is 5 to 8 hrs and you won’t get paid for it. Probably a good run for teams because singles deliver their fright.
Good and have great service very clean and allot of fun activities you learn allot and have time for yourself you will like it allot and the pay is ok
What is the best part of working at the company? It's definitely consistent miles it's like any other it has its ups and downs overall good place good people What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Communication is key. If people would communicate it sure would help What is the work environment and culture like at the company? It's a trucking company what can I say What is a typical day like for you at the company? 600 miles . It's a typical day in the life of a truck driver
I was really ready to retire because almost every company left seem to be deplorable. 34 years driving and the industry is tanking, but RRR seems to be the exception and thus far my experience has been really good. The office personnel are down to earth humans and they do treat you like family!
This company has a very professional maintence program. If I had to say anything bad about them. I would say that they are a growing company and they do have some internal issues but what small to medium company don't have them. With time things should be worked out.
We could make a turn in 6/7 days. Management was family owned/operated and looked at the bottom line. Co-workers and other personnel were outstanding. I really enjoyed being around them. Hardest part was being home only 1 to 1/2 day a week and we couldn't really enjoy the off time. Most enjoyable were the people in the company that we had contact with.
I’ve been driving for RRR for over a year now and I love it. They have great equipment, pay, and home time. The dispatchers are friendly and helpful. They treat me like family.
RRR is a decent company to work for if you are a team driver. They have good routes and plenty of miles. The benefits are not great, but the pay is fair. The trucks are new and well maintained.
RRR is one of the best companies I’ve ever worked for. They have a lot of respect for their drivers and show their appreciation. The health insurance is expensive, but the pay is good. They don’t force you to drive in bad weather and they have nice trucks.
RRR is the best company I’ve ever driven for.
They have a lot of freight and they keep me busy. The dispatchers are professional and courteous..
pay on time and without any hassle.
