Always drop off my stuff on the dot, no fail.
The team’s so chill, they even bring along some snacks sometimes
Keep up the great work, guys!
Rock solid for years
The management is always there for us, whether it's 2 AM or 2 PM.
Fantastic workplace! We operate like a close-knit family, always supporting each other. The office staff and Chris Sadler are wonderful people to work for! I truly enjoy working at Sadler Bros.
I'm choosing these trucks when launching my business! The team is great to collaborate with, and I’ve trusted them from day one. They've always delivered!
I'm interested in this job! I'm a trailer driver from the Philippines—how can I apply to join your company?
Greetings from Atlanta! Those new trucks look outstanding.
They stepped up where others couldn't. Much appreciated.
Amazing company! Their level of service, how they treat their employees...second to none!!
Iv been with Sadler since 2011, Chris Sadler cares about his employees. The company has grown so much since I've been there. Sadler Brothers has treated my family well
I talked to a guy from sadler brothers name Seth he was very professional and courteous. I'm trying to get on at the company and so far it seems like a wonderful company to work for I can't wait to find out.. Great customer service
Stop lying to ppl about how your insurance doesn't cover nonseasoned drivers, that's a company policy not insurance, cause if it really was an insurance issue, then I wouldn't be able to get my own insurance that I've already had...1 star cause I don't tolerate liars
They don't make bosses like Chris Sadler anymore. Sadler Brothers has been a blessing for our family and you won't find a more honest businessman with strong ethics anywhere.
Their drivers that I see on I-24 completely disregard the speed limits in construction zones and the signs that tell trucks to use two right lanes.
Just started working for this company.. I'll let you know in a bit...
Family owned and hiring real professional truck drivers. Refreshing old school values.
Great group of people and a loved part of our Parman family
Great company to handle your freight transportation needs
Good place to work good pay new truck

Great, I love it
Awesome company to work for, I worked for them as o/o, now I want to be a company employee, I am there 🙏
Amazing company! Their level of service, how they treat their employees...second to none!!
This was the most physically demanding job I’ve ever had. It kept me engaged, and I loved working here. The only downside was the biweekly pay cycle. I decided to return to trucking and see where it leads.
The company is decent. Dispatch could improve their understanding of the daily challenges truckers face. The pay is good, and postal route benefits are alright but could be enhanced.
The drivers and shop personnel are excellent. Only one person in the office stands out positively. The dispatchers I interacted with weren’t great, and the safety officer was even less helpful.
What’s the best part of working here? It’s a solid workplace, and I’d gladly return. What’s the most stressful aspect? Not applicable—I have nothing particularly negative or positive to say. How’s the work environment and culture? Overall, it’s good. The shop is consistently clean—well done, team! What’s a typical workday like? Straightforward—do your job and head home.
I’ve really enjoyed working at Sadler Bros. I just wish I had found them earlier in my driving career! It’s a great company for drivers looking to move away from long-haul routes.
Sadler Bros is a solid company to work for. Home time is respected with weekends off. This is by far the best over-the-road company I’ve worked with regarding consistent pay. No complaints there—though benefits could be better.
The owner and management team are outstanding. The equipment is top-tier and well-maintained. Depending on how much you work, pay ranges between $65,000 and $75,000.
It’s a good company—the only downside is that family plan insurance is pricey. The single coverage plan is manageable. They also have a freight division, so not all routes involve mail deliveries.
Management is incredibly welcoming—they treat employees like family. The equipment is high-quality and meticulously maintained. It’s a relaxed and low-pressure workplace. The owner is down-to-earth and ensures all drivers feel valued. When I joined, they made a tremendous effort to help me settle in.
