Stop lying to ppl about how your insurance doesn't cover nonseasoned drivers, that's a company policy not insurance, cause if it really was an insurance issue, then I wouldn't be able to get my own insurance that I've already had...1 star cause I don't tolerate liars

They don't make bosses like Chris Sadler anymore. Sadler Brothers has been a blessing for our family and you won't find a more honest businessman with strong ethics anywhere.

Their drivers that I see on I-24 completely disregard the speed limits in construction zones and the signs that tell trucks to use two right lanes.

This was by far the most physically challenging job I’ve done. It kept me busy but I loved it there. I just wasn’t a big fan of being paid biweekly. I decided to jump back in my truck and see what happens.

Company is ok. Dispatch could be more educated in the ways that truckers deal with everyday. Good pay with postal route benefits are ok could be better.

Sadler Bros is good to work for. Home time weekends off. Far by the best over the road company I worked for with a consistent pay. I have no complaints in that area. Benefits I'm a lil disappointed other than that I'm okay.

You could not ask for a nicer Owner and Management team to work for. The equipment is top notch and well maintained. The pay is in the $65,000 to $75,000 range depending on how much you want to work.

Goof company, only con I have is the family plan insurance is high. Your single coverage plan your h/w covers it. They also have a freight side so it's not all mail runs.

Very friendly management, they treat you like family. Top of the line equipment and very well maintained. Nice low pressure place to work. The owner is very down to earth and treats all the Drivers equally. When I first stated with the company they bent over backwards to make me feel welcome.
