SalSon Logistics
We are a family

We are a family owned and operated logistics company that serves some of the country’s largest retailers and consumer brands. The challenges are many, but we like it that way. Our work hard, play hard approach is perfect for people who want to do important work and aren’t afraid of a challenge. At the heart of our culture is an “open door” policy, where we encourage our people to express and exchange their ideas with all employees at all levels of the organization – including the executive leadership team.

They treat you like a person, not an employee. That's reflected in the benefits and how management approaches employees, no yelling and screaming about challenges, just collaboration and ideas. The office environment is very calm and comfortable to work in . It is a very challenging company due to the pace and ingenuity around every corner, which is awesome and helps you grow. If you apply yourself, you'll go somewhere. Yes, this is the company you want to come work for . Come join the Elite fleet !

Came here to pick up a loaded trailer. First I was told that my pickup number was wrong. Took me over an hour back and forth with my dispatch to confirm it was not so the people at the check in both gave me the wrong info. Then it took me 30 min to find a spot to drop my empty trailer since this yard is narrow and therefore a massive mess. Then 30 more min to find my loaded trailer BLOCKED by a bunch of other trailers. Had to beg the yard dogs to move all the other trailers. 2 hours later and I'm almost out of hours. Trailer still buried. What a joke!

Hello truckers, maybe this can help you, I was reading the reviews of this place and I was actually a little scared before I got here, but on the contrary, they gave me a door immediately and in 40 minutes it was empty so maybe I was lucky , but the staff was very kind to me, I will come back!!!

Best people to work with for company driving. I just wanted to own my own equipment, that's the real reason I left. Not the best equipment, but not bad.

Management is very poor. Pay is bad. This company is not worth the garbage they put you through trust me. The pay is lousy. Your HOS means nothing to them. Just do yourself a favor and save the headache unless your desperate.

If you don't want to go to certain places They are forced dispatch. Also hard to get equipment fixed. No incentives for drivers. No bonuses. Easy work on dedicated runs.

You don't feel like the company values you as an employee. The pay is good, but the benefits are awful with no employer matching. If you sign up for benefits, they are extremely expensive and the employers don't contribute a dime.

The pay is below average. If haven't worked there long enough, you won't get the better loads. Lie and say it's slow. Dispatcher is rude and it has prison environment vibes
