This place is very clean and good workers 👍
Absolutely amazing. Why wouldn't you ship with them??
Having taken more than one trip on their bus lines, they are clean, comfortable, updated with WI-FI, dish, all the admides. I would recommend this company and have.
One of your drivers is in Chicago Illinois truck45463 is recklessly driving on the road and yelling at me telling me she wished I died your truck drivers need to be more professional on the road as it is raining in Chicago and there is a lot of traffic
Nice new clean busses and friendly staff!
A great place to work.
Excellent company!
Good place to work
Not a good place to work at, the company has to many rules and the dispatch was very unorganized.
Sodrel truck lines is not only a great place to work but a great place to call home. I have worked here for about a year and a half now and I see myself staying here for a very long time. The staff and drivers here are great and more like family then co-workers. Come join the family and fill out an application.
Some of the best drivers I've worked with. The mechanic was a really great guy too. He's just retired after many years. They're going to miss him. By the way this company got a free gift of 2.7 million dollars in Covid funds from you the American tax payer.
Very unfair and judgemental. If your a comedian dont work there. They sensor their people. Very petty. Worst place I've ever worked for so far. I think they just wanted to get rid of me so they made up a reason because I did my job and was at work everyday. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
AWESOME GREAT PAY ABD THE POTENTIAL TO EARN WHILE YOU LEARN
Great company to work for. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Keep the trucks in good and I mean good working order. Pay is great. Medical insurance is awesome and over all pretty much the best company I have ever worked for. Glad glad that the hired me.
Great company with great safety orientation. Attention to details on trucks safety and documentation for loads to be ontime everytime within human capacity but training the best is essential and that's just what they're doing.
Best truck driving job ever had
Good place to drive for and great with their employees
Need service, here is your best place to get it.
Clean kept up good
Great place to work
Work there have for 20 years best independent trucking company in the state of Indiana or anywhere else for that matter great co-workers and management
I feel like this is a company that is solid. I feel like I can always have a good paycheck here. There are no problems here for me. I do my job and they let me do it.
I have never worked anywhere where I feel this much a part of the team. Managers are great, benefits are good, work is good, people understand that family is important. I never feel like just an employee, I feel respected.
worked for the for almost a year and a half and was never fully compensated for all hrs spent in the truck, they only pay for drive time and not all the time spent at the postal facilities
The company seems to be struggling. People disappear with nothing more than an email saying they are no longer employed. Management doesn’t seem interested in embracing new ideas/technologies. They’re falling behind.
What is the best part of working at the company? Very fair wages and benefits. Monthly safety meeting and also a phone call away for information What is the most stressful part about working at the company? I was a bus driver for them. Bad weather was the worst What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Great always open to talk and get solutions to better care
If you don't like doing things by THE Book, FMCSA regs, you will not like it at Sodrel Truck Lines. Payment for a full-blown Pre-Trip/Post-Trip, 4-point break check is included and expected. Speeding will not be tolerated. "At or Below the Posted Speed Limit " is policy that will be adhered to as well as 8-12 seconds following distance, 3-points of contact entering and exiting the vehicle, and DVIRs turned in daily. Pay scale is comparable to other local carriers with daily routes. Equipment is meticulously maintained. Write it up, it gets fixed ASAP. This company is a rare find. Come to work, do the job by the book, get paid bi-weekly.
For this Christmas season they just supprised everyone and said they are going to pay an extra $5.00 per hour for the hours we work above forty for this Holiday season They make you feel like family and I am greatful
They are grown babysitters... They have policies that interfere with your job with your job and they are petty I would never work for them again and I would never recommend them to anyone
Small company so don't have all the corporate "stuff". Very chill. But that means that you don't have the same pay and benefits of the big guys. Moving in the right direction, such as paved parking lot, direct deposit and better than average benefits, but no OT pay after 40 hours, no pension and hours are figured manually by dispatch - major minus. Trucks are pretty good, but not the new stuff like the big guys. After a couple of months you will get assigned a truck though, which is a MAJOR plus.
Employee since Sept 2020 started as a relief driver you make good money here at Sodrel best part you are home every night work is always available
Enjoy the people and family environment. Drivers and Mechanics all work together well. We have our moments but we hang in there and get the job done.
In the beginning, it was pretty hectic. I started out filling in for drivers on vacation or out sick or whatever they needed me to do. The hours were crazy and all over the place. UGH. Hang in there. Since I got my own route, there is literally NO STRESS! I know exactly when and what I'm doing every single day. Priceless. I drive a 2000 model Mack. The maintenance crew are phenomenal. She's old but gets me home every day and I love her. The office people are awesome.
