Great place to work. Family oriented business. Trucks are great, roomy interiors. In the 579s, they even have a small fridge. Handy because now I don't have to find ice every day for my cooler. The 579s are also automatic. Took some getting used to, but it is nice, not having to hover over the clutch in traffic. If you live in Arkansas, home time is every weekend. They treat me wonderful and are respectful to the drivers.

All around terrific company. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Family oriented and works with drivers to get them home when requested. Excellent equipment and well maintained as well. Don't hesitate to drive for them, you won't regret it.

This company doesn't look out for their drivers. When you have seven drivers waiting at a company to pick up an empty trailer, the company didn't unload any of stallions trailers from Saturday through Tuesday. So, all the drivers lost 3 or 4 days of driving. But stallion says that's just the way it is sometimes. But what happens is if you go to certain companies while working for stallion this happens everytime. Be careful if you decide to work here. You have been warned.

A top-tier company hindered by poor dispatch operations. Despite this, it remains one of the best in the industry. Upper management is honest and supportive, and the shop and technicians are outstanding.

Owners and management struggle with communication. They aim to function as a corporate company but still operate with small-business inefficiencies. Low pay and unreliable dispatch are the biggest concerns. The only real advantage is their fleet of newer trucks.

This is the best company I’ve driven for—everyone is friendly and easy to talk to about anything. Home time was reliable. I’d drive 10 hours, take my break, and start again.
