Work-life balance exists. Flexible schedules
From gift cards to bonus checks, it's nice to get that extra pat on the back for a job well done.
Having a seasoned driver show me the ropes made a world of difference
It's rare to see such an open and honest approach
Mark Stephens did a great job delivering my Factory Five Roadster. It was a tricky place to get into, but he breezed through it with no problems, great guy!
Mark was very professional and did an outstanding job! Thanks ST, and would recommend this company to anyone
Awesome delivery experience with Stewart Transport. The office logistics coordinator and the driver were super to deal with. Very well organized, and friendly. It made for a perfect start to our Factory Five build. I would recommend these guys for FFR logistics or any other technical transport.
I have just started with this Company,& I have worked @ a lot of Companies. The vibe here is wonderful ,just like family where you feel appreciated Thank U😎😎😎
Our Factory Five 818C was delivered to us by Al yesterday. Absolutely outstanding service and fun to talk to. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and loves what he does. Everything arrived in perfect condition and he helped me get the kit in the garage on the stands. Cannot recommend them enough!
Staff is welcoming! You're known on a first name basis, great equipment, and top notch mechanics..........
I wanted to go out of my way to leave a review for this company. I had a kit car delivered from df goblin. They contacted me for pickup of my car and gave me realistic time frame for delivery. Driver contacted me right away and delivered to me early and ahead of schedule! Very smooth working with them would 100000% recommend and will use them again if they can help me. Also, the driver helped me setup the kit car in my garage exactly where i wanted it.
Great place to work!
Awesome people and a fabulous business to drive truck for
Worked for them for a year on dedicated run from Phoenix to el Paso thinking it was going to be great, and it would have been if they kept their word, but once a week you will get a run to las Vegas which is less miles and cutting your pay. When asked to keep on el Paso lane they said that they were at the mercy of albertsons with the runs they got from them. I can't make a living by having my pay cut at the mercy of others that's why I resigned, other than that great people.
Have been employed here since March of this year and absolutely hands down this is the best company I've worked for in my 20 years as a driver. They truly respect their drivers and have started a new pay scale that starts june 1st. I will be given an 8 cents per mile raise up to. 63 cents per mile. Office team is more then willing to work with you if anything arrises including time off. This will definitely be my last driving job. If more hometime and great pay matter to you, this is the place.
So far, so good. It seems like a good company.
This is a great place to be. Family atmosphere and they keep you busy. They have great dedicated lanes.
I like to say that Stewart Transportation is a Great company to work for. Im Going on my 10nth month and I haven't have anything bad to say. Mr Stewart cares for his driver's and everyone in Stewart Transportation are awesome. I love the pay ,and the bonus. THEY HAVE GOOD DEDICATED RUNS. They realy take care of their drivers.
Two days tried talking w a recruiter over 20 min wait, wanted to work here, oh well
The job is easy and they'll keep you busy as far as the trucking side of the business. But I must confess the staff from the mechanics, the dispatchers on up the chain to the owner Mr Colin Stewart are superb human beings! They really show you love and treat you like family here, genuinely 😊. I've been driving semis 17yrs and I never had a place of employment where I was actually happy and excited to go to work until Stewart. Great place to be.
Stewart is a wonderful place to work. They have the runs to keep you busy and home time to make you happy. The pay is pretty good and the dispatcher like Carlos, Bernie, Will,,etc.. are good people and do there best to take care of your needs. I would recommend Stewart Transport to anyone who has a Cdl and wants an opportunity to be in a family atmosphere work place.
Great place to work, just wish they had more benefits, and there trucks ran faster than 65 mph.
This company provides well-maintained equipment, a decent work environment, and fair pay for what’s offered. They primarily focus on dedicated freight lanes, but OTR opportunities are available. The owner, though a good person, is less involved in daily operations, leaving management to handle things—sometimes in ways that raise questions. The company was smaller when I started, and we recently received a pay raise. However, changes in tax laws eliminated per diem pay, reducing overall earnings. Additionally, one particular customer frequently shortens loads, a recurring issue beyond the company's control. Having spent over 20 years in trucking, I know jobs are largely what you make them. This one is the easiest I’ve had and overall, a decent place to work.
A great company to work for! They treat employees well, offer 24/7 dispatch support, provide reasonable pay, and have some of the best insurance available. Overall, highly recommended!
Stewart is a smaller transportation company with the benefits of a larger operation. They value drivers as individuals rather than numbers, offering strong compensation based on verifiable miles and safety records. Their equipment is new and well-maintained, which is a huge plus for me. On-site amenities include fuel, a wash bay, a tire shop, showers, and a driver’s lounge—everything needed for a solid terminal. They also maintain dedicated grocery accounts.
For the most part, it’s a good company to work for, with plenty of work and regular home time—either daily or every other day. The equipment is modern and well-maintained. My biggest frustration was working six days a week with only a 34-hour reset at home, which doesn’t even allow for a full day off.
I had an excellent driver manager, but my biggest complaint is the use of driver-facing cameras that are constantly on. It’s frustrating enough to deal with DOT, DPS, FMCSA, traffic, weather, and other hazards—now drivers have to worry about their own company monitoring them. I personally wouldn’t work for a company that uses these cameras again. If human resources had to be on camera for 12 hours a day, monitoring their every move, it would seem absurd—just like this system. While I understand the reasoning behind it, I strongly dislike it. That’s just my personal opinion.
What is the best part of working at the company? Hiring is quick, but turnover is even quicker. Regional drivers are treated similarly to local ones. What is the most stressful part of working at the company? Drivers aren’t supported properly. Resting at the yard is inconvenient. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Little appreciation, six-day work weeks.
If you're looking for steady work, this company might not be the best fit. Management is relaxed, but they often say whatever is necessary to retain employees. Dedicated positions tend to be short-lived.
What is the best part of working at the company? Good equipment and minimal micromanagement. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Waiting on the warehouse to finish loading trailers. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Very positive—employees are treated like people rather than numbers. What is a typical day like for you at the company? A lot of driving, but the days are generally smooth.
Great job with solid pay. I would have loved to continue working for Stewart, but due to family emergencies, I had to resign. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone seeking employment.
The company recently implemented in-cab cameras, which, in my opinion, is a major invasion of privacy. They also use tablet-based e-logs to track drivers constantly. It doesn’t feel the same anymore—having GPS monitoring every movement makes the job less enjoyable. What happened to the industry?
They provide reasonably priced benefits. Dispatch is assigned the night before, which creates an unusual schedule—not ideal for everyone but works for me. Work-life balance is fair, and they are accommodating when needed. Their strict adherence to DOT regulations is a big plus, as I won’t risk my CDL just to meet a deadline. Equipment is well-maintained, with most of it being new. I see long-term potential with this company.
I had a great experience working for Collin Stewart. Collin assisted with job placement, and the equipment was always kept in excellent condition—well-maintained and clean.
I enjoyed traveling and seeing new places, but being away from home for extended periods was challenging. The company treated employees well, making it a good place to work.
