ATTENTION RELADYNE !! Worked there for many years, a few things I will warn you about. Don’t believe anything they offer you, because once you’re in. Everything changes. Management does not care how you work, they only care about who’s brown nosing and kissing up. Report numerous concerns to HR, At the end of the day everything gets swept under the rug. even when you have proof of being discriminated and harassed at work by management. ELIJAH PARKER from the lube department, sitting at WILL CALL. as most know him as Wesleys puppet is one of the saddest human beings. He treats drivers and warehouse staff like garbage, Discriminates specially on Latinos, harasses drivers and warehouse workers. Pushes everyone to its breaking point. Gets away because he’s mommy works there. Again HR and upper management, DOES NOT CARE !!
Better than most companies! It's All About Perspective
One of the best companies to work for.
Best place to make some easy and fast money. Not a company to work for long term.
Easy to find. Just don't turn left into maintenance bay area not a lot of room to turn around. Go up the street until at first stop sign then turn right. Go across railroad tracks then turn into gate 2. Go around to the right where stop sign is. turn left at stop sign and check in at office at will call ramp. It is tight so setup really good when backing.
Fantastic employment opportunity. Good pay, great hours. George Edwards Jr is hands down the best boss I’ve ever worked for.
Really great job! Love the job and the people there. Really good benefits and good insurance. Don’t recommend this job to people that don’t want to work or are LAZY!
Best Job I've ever had. Good way to provide for your family. I love it here
Overall plenty of work, at hourly pay. At the time i was hauling crude oil, lots of confusion between dispatch and drivers. Lot of competition, good and bad. Safety was strict which i was okay with. At the time got my first knowledge on hauling crude oil. Benefits were good, and plenty of overtime. We lost the contract and i got laid off.
SCR is one of those companies where you get out of it what you put into it. It’s a stable job even if you want to stay in your comfort zone, but if you put yourself out there and prove that you’re a reliable employee, your managers will take notice and they’ll reward you accordingly.
What is the best part of working at the company? Great group of guys to work with. Company seems really focused on training and taking care of its employees. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? My schedule is horrible. Have to work 10am to 10pm and scheduled to work every weekend. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Great fellow employees, take the time to teach ect.. What is a typical day like for you at the company? L9ng hours, another of driving and going from rig to rig to unload
oot fuel, supervisor will invade your privacy if they don't like you and will fire you on smallest mistake. Hard to talk to anybody in the office., descent schedules
Can’t really say much about suncoast, just like any other fuel transport job. Clock in go to work. If you fit into the favorite category you’re set for life
This company offers a great opportunity to learn and cross train after a year in your position. Once the Management knows that you are a company person and willing to learn, they go over board to help. I hired on into the CNG position, which involves a lot of problem solving skills, and quick thinking. This is a much needed area.
Im a railroad driver pay is consistent 5on2off 5on 3off very simple work and low stress. I recommend this to someone looking to get off of the road and do something local.
No complaints, been here 5 years plan on staying as long as possible, close to home…home every night work 5 days off 2, pay is phenomenal, laid back..
They have a high starting pay for drivers. One of the most organized companies I’ve ever worked for. Dispatch is all ran out Houston. This company is very hands-on with their drivers workflow. Driver facing camera which is used to monitor everything. Come in, do your job thoroughly without incident and you will not have any issues. Not much room for drivers to advance. The fuel business can be very repetitive. As far as the oil field goes it’s pretty easy and simple work.
Good company so far. Mostly organized. Pay is decent. Mechanics are quick to fix the trucks..
I’m a OTR driver which is different from the traditional OTR position at other companies.I have a day cab so SCR put me up in a hotel nightly even for two days on my 34 reset .The pay is good and even better for storm pay ( hurricane, tornado etc) I made 14k for two weeks for storm pay .This company can use some work as to communication etc but I overlook it with the pay I’m making .I would recommend this company 9/10 especially for the financial aspect
Mainly oilfield work. Drilling rigs and fracs. Dispatch will try to run you over hours. The pay is good though. You also get to cross train on bobtail.
