I’ve had an overall great experience working here. Love the people I work with. There are some things very recently I’m not very happy with but I won’t state them here. Is what it is. EDIT… when they’re done with you they’re done. Open door grievance policy? RIGHT!!!!they could care less about your grievance. Just want u to produce no matter what it cost you. Cut drivers pay and dispatch still has the nerve to be disrespectful to us? I don’t think so.

I been driving for sweet express for 3 yrs and I can say they are a great company. They have the miles and pay treat you great and very understanding. My only complaint is that they give us a real driver lounge that we can use at all times. It will be very handy for us drivers at nights and on weekends. Hopefully that’s something in the future cause they are always improving and making things better for us

If you are someone who is out of SAP program and you are a safe professional driver they will take you. But you have to be someone who is willing to work hard and safe. This company gave me a a chance when everyone ignored me , I will never refuse or complain about the job even if it hard sometimes bcz they are nice ppl.

When I left the company, I made SURE to park the truck on the yard AND I cleaned THAT truck AND another that I drove. After a little fuss I got my pet deposit back. Ups and downs like any place else. People are friendly. Not a bad place to work as a company driver. Idk about the lease side.

Spent about $200 and they only gave me back 100 and didn’t want to get that, Also they couldn’t even give me a room for one night before you go here make sure you get everything that they owe u the first day

You'll be taken for granted. They are desensitized to drivers because they see so many come and go. They look down on the driver but fake a smile. Everyone from the janitor up is your boss. Everything is pencil whipped and manipulated into being the drivers fault. If your delivery is late because you breakdown, they still file it as service failure in your file. They recently cut everyone's pay a substantial amount. They said recession.

Decent company to drive for. Cons is low pay and low miles. But that's the nature of the beast with out current economy and pulling a dry van. I don't have a bad thing to say, it's just time to move on for a better position

They need better management as a whole especially regional side they’ll tell you one thing then do the total opposite just to get you to do what they want if they just hired the right people on the management side this could be a decent company but once you have a disagreement with any of the driver managers they start giving you the bad loads so you can’t make any money

See title. Dispatchers are a hit or miss whether they give you enough miles/micromanage/harass etc. No need to schedule any medical appointments at home because they will be missed. Company promised holiday pay. That was a lie.
