Not sure why people are bad mouthing this company, I’ve been here over 6 months and don’t really have any complaints. If you do your job and treat the equipment well they will treat you very well. I live in Florida and get to take the truck home. They let drivers use a car to run errands or whatever when at the yard, if you know how to run your checks will be good, management and dispatchers are nice and it’s a small company so we all know each other by name. Anybody who says this company is a scam clearly doesn’t know trucking or isn’t very good at their job. Yes this is a Chicago area company, but it’s not a fly by night company like a lot of them in the area are. My only wish is that they had something other then freightliner but the truck makes me money so beggars can’t be choosers.

Kept my last two checks. They started going broke and never got paid on my scheduled pay and had to wait weeks before I got it then let me go because dispatcher never got me any miles and they blamed it on me then later fired the dispatcher for trucks sitting. Completely cleaned and detailed truck myself and was in perfect shape nothing wrong with it. Still owe me money and never get an email back. Careful they will act like your friend and then stab you in the back because they’re greedy Russians who don’t care about Americans. The owner Andrew is a lying dirty scheming slum of a man.

This company is a scam. They still owe me 2 checks. I was working with them and at the time I decided to leave because the miles were few and the check was very low, they took my checks. I talked to the manager and everyone in management never paid me. some scammers, a lawyer would be good to sue them for abuse of their workers, I do not recommend it.

Terrible drivers at this company. Truck # 777 driving on I 57 south today and nearly rubbing nose to trailer with the truck in front of him while we're at a speed around 70 mph. I wouldn't normally say a thing about truck drivers but apparently this guy didn't give 2 $%$#% about his life or ours.

From paperwork, trucks, my dispatch Justin & the boss Drew is a great guy, the office staff from safety, E logs, to accounting, everyone make you feel like you’re part of the family. I’m now an owner operator which they help me get there. Thanks Trans Lines....

I have been driving for Trans Lines for over a year, and it has been a great experience. I am from Texas and have been driving professionally for 8 years, so I was aware of the rumors about Chicago-based companies. However, I can assure you that these rumors are not true at least when it comes to Trans Lines. Everyone at the company has been respectful, and I have always been able to go home on time. I have consistently made good miles and have always received my pay on payday. I have never been asked to do anything or go anywhere that I did not want to. There are several things that I appreciate about Trans Lines that set it apart from other places I have worked: • I can reach someone anytime • There is no extra bureaucracy when picking up loads (loaded calls, macros, etc.) • The office team is consistent and they know who you are, unlike some places where you have a new dispatcher and payroll every month • No one bothers you, so you can do your job in peace • It is honestly a friendly environment, and I genuinely like the people I work for, rather than just tolerating them I could continue, but I do not want this to get too long. The equipment is nice and the trailers are well-maintained by an on-site mechanic. Everything is up to date and in good working order. If you are looking for a good, honest company, I highly recommend Trans Lines. You will regain your sanity by applying and working here.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Trans lines and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed. Not only were their trucks well-maintained and efficient, but their team was also extremely professional and reliable. I found that I could always count on them to deliver my goods on time and without any hassle. Overall, I would highly recommend this truck company to anyone in need of transportation services.

A very good company to work for!! They are beyond fair to their drivers and take care of their drivers. The absolute best company I’ve ever worked for. Unfortunately I’m leaving translines due to personal reasons but if or when I decide to go back OTR they will be the people I call and come work for. Andrious, the owner, is a very nice guy who knows how to run a successful trucking business and is always a phone call away unlike other companies that the owner is “too busy” to talk or answer drivers questions. Tom is the fleet manager and he is a really good guy and will take care of you and any questions or issues you have he will get them resolved. He as well is only a phone call away and always makes time for his drivers needs and questions just like andrious. David, my dispatcher, and Eva and Kevin, my former dispatchers always try to go above and beyond to book loads that fits around the drivers schedule and interests. You will definitely get some miles in working for this company! When everything goes smooth with the brokers and shippers/receivers I easily put 3,000 to 3,500 miles in A WEEK. working with this company is the best decision I’ve made because not only have I found a great company and meet great people I have also gained a great friend (Tom). It was a blast working for you guys and like I said if or when I ever decide to come back out on the road expect my phone call! Thank you for the blessing to meet and work with such amazing people. Until next time!

When I first started I had a unfortunate turn of events that almost made me quit trucking altogether. I didn't want to be somewhere I wasn't happy and I didn't want to settle for less than I thought I deserved. Two of my friends moved to Translines from the company we all worked at before. I decided to come here for a few reasons. 1) The trucks are faster than most fleets. That was important to me. Most fleet trucks are slow and take the fun out of trucking. 2) When I called my friends and asked them questions about what they were experiencing, they were content. No complaints. 3) The pay is good. A lot of companies say they pay good, but what are you bringing home at the end of the week? Is it worth being gone all the time? Is the pay good enough that you want to stay out rather than go home? Here.. It is definitely good enough. 4) The staff. Zack is my dispatcher. Hes good. A lot of dispatchers talk them selves up, but when it comes down to it, they don't remember what they told you and dont follow through. That's not a problem here. Paula is the safety coordinator. She will follow through with you and is always on top of keeping everything smooth like oil in the engine. Diona is the safety assistant/everything else that keeps you rolling compliant and with ease. She is super sweet and easy to talk to. Well versed to work with all the drivers. John is the office maintenance and tech. He will help you with anything maintenance oriented and is good at getting stuff fixed quick when you're at the yard. You wont be sitting long if something is being fixed and he is always aware of how long it takes to do something. Aliona, Agnes, Ieva, Tatiana and Vickey They run pay roll and ELogs and they are all equally as awesome and very happy to help. Basically everyone here is highly motivated and highly qualified. More than thankful for all of them Last but not least Is Drew. He is a top notch company owner. Hes the only Company owner I've ever met that I liked. He is fast, educated in many different facets of life much outside of Trucking. He can tell you how this affects that and what that can translate to in numbers for the company. If you think you know a lot about something be careful talking about it with him because he will educate you unintentionally. There are a lot of positives with this company. Not to mention the fact that 25% of the company is Owner Operators. They keep us all rolling. These are just the things I can recall in 10-15 minutes. Goodluck yall and have a fun ride!!

I do not and have never worked here!! However, reading the reviews, I have to say, the owner responding with the hard truth to the drivers who dis the company ROCKS! This is real entertainment! Some drivers screw the company over and abandon their truck, leave a huge bill for the company, then write a harsh review as a parting shot. You never hear the other side. Awesome owner telling it like it Really Was! I love it! This is my kind of Company. Give em Hell, mgt! Lol

I enjoy working here. This company is organized, big on safety, puts the drivers equipment first (which is the truck) They not money hungry to the point they will put your life in Jeopardy and not fix issues.. any issue or question I may have.. they’re quick to solve... service department has always been there... at any time of the day... I can call him. Great pay and great administration. the pay roll department is awesome.. you will always get paid and they’re just real cool people (V, Tatiana and Aliona) The log department makes sure that your ok and always makes you know.. that your driving record is important and to follow all rules... Diona is great... I can say truck driving can be frustrating, but this company has made it worth while for me to be out here on the road.. I enjoy working with this company. Big shout out to my dispatch! Zack... one of the best dispatchers I know.. been driving for 7 years going on 2021. Well knowledgeable of time.. great communicator with brokers.. just one of the best... you make miles and most of all make great money.. I’ve known him over the years and I can say it’s not just business with him.. he understands me.. and love him as a dispatcher and a great worker / person Transline Inc, happy to be on board

Over the years I have driven for several company’s who all promised you great things, and not once delivered on them. Your just a number. All that matters to them, is that the seats filled! At Translines they don’t fill your eyes with star dust. They’re straight forward and honest. In this industry there are many variables you have little control over, but Translines understands that! Although we strive to keep things moving smoothly, unexpected things do happen! This is where the staff truly shines, and they are there 24/7. Our success stems from great communication which is integral here! As well as the staff behind the scene, works just as hard if not harder then the drivers. The motto on the office wall and our trailers is an adage they truly embody! It’s not just a job, it’s our way of life! If your looking for a better life? Translines will be by your side through every step of the way, helping you achieve your goals and celebrating your mile stones with you.
