Hubby was to be hired on. Did hiring process, including drug test. Were told hubby would then speak to fleet manager. The guy never called. So called the recruiter, given more excuses about not knowing why, pay negotiations were over, so no excuse. We were told hubby should be on the road within a week. Two weeks later, the driver manager never called. This company leads you along then decide not to do their jobs. Even the recruiter just quit returning calls or texts. I suppose you can only apologize so much for incompetency before you give into it yourself. If you're a potential driver, don't bother. Go with the other company you were thinking about. This one can't even call when they promise, imagine what dispatch would be like. Run.

From an employee standpoint, great quality company to work for with great management and supportive corporate team

I worked for transervice, it's all temporary work they we're very unprofessional alot of confusion and misinformation.they don't value people you're just a body that makes them alot of money.

So Transervice is kind of a joke right now, management and dispatch are an absolute joke, and I truly me a joke, but dispatch takes the cake, they make you just want to leave the company, this is one of the lower paying cdl jobs on the market and there pay structure is a laughing stock, if your trying to buy a house this is not the place, pay stubs have no verifiable hours just the about of money you made( will make more sense when you or if you take the job) Never come to work with the mindset your going to work an 8hour day, 30 minutes before you leave they will hit you with (we’re doing 4 over) which frankly makes everyone mad. Since this is a union you get the typical union worker LAZY and frankly there is no repercussions so I guess one good thing comes from this job and that’s job security.
