As a driver here and reading some of these reviews, I'm just wondering what those that left bad reviews done wrong cause you know they're not gonna tell that part. But Triton has been very good to me. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice from the yard mover to the owner . Everyone remembers your name, and you're not just a number. The ONLY thing they expect from you is to do the job you were hired to do and represent the company in the best way. I make VERY GOOD money here every week. Out 3 to 4 weeks then home for a week. All in all Triton is 1 of the best companies that I have ever worked for.

Excellent company, very professional and a lot of miles. Their yard building showers and laundry for their drivers. I love this place in general.

I have been with Triton for 6 months they are the 2nd company that I drove as a company driver I drove 7 yrs as a owner operator I even had a small fleet. I have Net many weeks here at Triton more then I did as a owner operator. I don't have the fuel expense or the maintenance expenses and I am able to go home and still make a good check. If you are a hard runner you can make good money over here I love it truck #1288

They not like they used to be , they became very sneaky , they want u to drive over ur hours I guess coz we deal in a terrible market, and when u decide to quit they will send you back to ur hometown without explaining to u or giving u an option even when I ask them who is responsible to pay for the rental they gave me the run around oh we will let u know they never did , had to wait over 45 days then found out they deduct the rental fees out my escrow, be aware , wondering why they have so many abandoned truck by drivers that quits , not fair when an honest driver is straightforward

Lithuanian owned company and will falsify logs. Stay away from this place at all costs.

Amazing company to work for. Have been driving with them for couple Months and can’t complain. Good pay and service. I can say Triton logistics is the best Trucking company in Chicago area. Good company first when I started driving for them, they got me decent miles(2500-4000) a week. But after 6 months I noticed things were not getting right on my side. The type of load and the miles started decreasing, when I did ask my dispatcher he was complaining that the loads were not available yet others (co-drivers) were making decent miles I was treated unfairly till I had quit.

I worked with this company for the last year until i went to owner operator i cant describe on what a great environment it is to work in. genuine people who are honest with you. The best thing is that they never promised me anything they couldn't provide which is rare these days. Also i defiantly did not complain about pay they said i would average from $2000-$3000 i did which for a company position its rare to see. i definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a company position you will be in great hands. PS thank you Triton for all the good memories you will be missed

This is the best company I have ever worked for. The pay was good and the people were nice. They tell you the truth and don't promise things they can't do. You are really taken care of there. The only reason I left was because I wanted to be an Owner Operator, so I could have something of my own. Triton is the best company for company drivers hands down.

I’m driver 1181 my recommendation for this company for respect honesty and reliability is 100%. I’ve been driving for this company over three years. I was local and hated that I was terminal I had to be closed due to the economy it was a very painful decision to leave his company because of the relationship that they give you they treat you like family, I recommend any person that’s looking for a company not so much on based on what they get paid but want someone to treat you like a human being try Triton logistics is the place to go that’s all I can say about this company not one bad word I can say about this company thank you Triton for giving me the opportunity for working with you and I hate that I couldn’t stay on based on family issues. Columbus, OH Right on Red is only ok when it's safe to do so. Being in a Semi doesn't give you the right to make multiple vehicles slam on their brakes so you can save a couple seconds. As a professional driver this should be common sense, driving safety should be a priority. I hope this isn't a representation of this company.

In this industry people underestimate professionalism, TRITON don’t, they go above and beyond to make you feel as much comfortable as they can over the road, I picked up a new truck loaded with everything necessary to keep me rolling. Issues over the road you send a text or call you get response within minutes. Starting from the recruiters “Ana, HR Maria to ELD manager Luke, Brandon, the whole staff is awesome. If it wasn’t for the unstable issues I constantly having with my family back home, my 6 years commitment to the trucking industry would spent here. I highly recommend this company. I wish I could give them 10 stars

My experience with Triton was generally positive. The equipment, dispatch system, maintenance, repairs, and communication were all reasonably good. The only drawback was that I never earned the amount originally promised during recruitment, which seems to be a growing trend. Apart from that, I have no complaints about Triton.

The pay is excellent, and the staff is friendly. Overall, it’s a good company. However, when you're on your 10-hour break, they’ll call questioning why you aren't driving! It’s frustrating—do they not realize I’m on my break? They push too hard.

This company caters to risk-takers. A typical driver won’t find success here. That said, their customer service from both overnight and day dispatch is outstanding.

I regret ever applying here. False accusations were made against me, and by the time I discovered them, the damage was already done. I maintained a perfect record for pickups and deliveries except for the last two loads due to an illness caused by insufficient rest. When I took a load back to my home state to see a doctor, they deducted $1,000 from my paycheck, even after sending me a paystub showing my expected deposit for Friday. The final deposit did not match what entered my bank account—this was outright theft. I gave my 30-day notice and was sent to their office with a load. They falsely claimed I was consistently late. That was completely untrue—I have every text with load details, arrivals, and departures proving my punctuality, including acknowledgments from the dispatcher. Falsehoods carry consequences. If they don’t refund my money within 45 days per their supposed contract, I will take further steps that will not be in their favor.

A solid company to work for, with new equipment, competitive pay, excellent facilities, and respectful management. There’s always work available, and weekly settlements are accurate.
