Huge Reefer Truck Driver Benefits
The driver was speeding, flashing highbeams, cutting other drivers changing lanes. All this just to PPARK AT Flying J PUMP, shut off the engine and take a break. Argggh! Teuxk 714 Oklahoma city 9pm feb23
The only reason I’m giving a star is there is no zero star on google this driver almost hit me three different times to back in a soot a the Pilot truck stop in TX and first of all it was a straight back in spot and he wanted to blind back I guess to show his skills that wasn’t even there and he didn’t even back in the parking spot he was a good 12 foot up from where my cab he got out and went and got a shower thank god but his sleeper was at my driver door he left the lights on while he was taking a shower and when I seen the cab rock I went over and I asked him to complete back into his parking spot so I’m not looking into your sleeper and he has a reefer that was at my driver seat and as I asked him to back up into his parking spot he was digging into his nose and when I say digging he was almost the knuckles deep in that nose he is and all he kept saying OK OK OK. I asked him if he was going to back up he said ok bad drivers drivers. Get it together yall . And the only reason yall have a 4.5 is that you make your drivers post a 5 star on the reviews just point blank
I have worked here now for four months. The staff are all friendly. I have been at a great places that don’t treat you well. This place is different. If you have concerns or issue as a driver they will get on it and solve it.
We have been doing business with Trius for over 5 years. Amazing company and even better people! Honest, Reliable and Service Levels are off the chart!!
The Trius staffing is very well organized, Loved that they worked with you to help you..One of the best trucking companies I've ever drove for and still 75 out 100% I will return to driving for Trius again.. Been working here 15 years, never seen or heard of Curtis Twing so how is he rating it one star? Will probably work here the rest of my life, great company to work for. Every employee has access to the owners of the company 24/7. They help you out with whatever you need and work with you.

Amazing Group of people!!! It was a joy to stop in and learn about the business. The trucks are even more impressive in person!
I've been conducting my business with Trius trucking for nearly 7 years now. Had no issues worth quiting or separating my business from them. Hears to more years at Trius..
Best trucking company I have worked for so far. I usually don't stay this long if there is BS I make it known if it's not fixed I leave. I'm still here.

Been here since Jan 2015 Its the end of 2019 now Almost 5 years driving for Trius. Great consistent lanes all year long - new equipment If your from California Arizona New Mexico Texas Oklahoma Then you'll get good home time Dispatchers and Managers talk to you like family. Yards to park truck and drop trailers in Ontario Phoenix and Dallas.
I have worked in different companies and I have not found one like TRIUS, where I have been treated like I was part of the family. TRIUS is a great team for all of those who are looking for a job opportunity and this would be a very good choice to consider
One of the best trucking companies in Fresno, with Spanish and Punjabi speaking dispatchers. Multiple drop yards in different states and runs all over the nation. Brand new equipment and the top tier customer service. (Team and solo drivers)
I'm Truck Driver for this company almost 5 years , very friendly personal and professional treatment whith all lot respect, "No excuses no matter what "
As a driver for trius and my opinion about this company is this is a good company but they need a dispatcher who talks with respect and doesn’t hang up on driver when there is a problem with a load everyone else is cool here except the dispatcher he will rub you the wrong way give it time you’ll see what I’m talking about he even has memory loss and forgets when you have to be home this is a biggie for a lot of drivers besides payrate we all have a job to do and no person is more important than the next even if you may be part owner of the company it doesn’t make you better just well off but without drivers these companies are nothing and drivers are nothing without the company’s let’s treat each other with respect and make a difference.
This is the best company i ever driven for they are just best treat you the way we should be treated because they truly understand truck drivers personally
Since I been working for this company I have nothing but great things to say, if your looking for an honest company that treats their employees how they should this is where you should apply, the equipment is always in top shape and always new so you don’t have to worry about anything, Trius always make sure that you have everything you need in order to get to where you need to be and Nick is by far the best boss hands down that I have worked for, the pay is great and trucks are some of the fastest out here governed at 75, home time is awesome!!!! So if your thinking about switching company’s and wanna know what it’s like to feel like your more then a truck number apply here.
If you're dedicated and willing to sacrifice sleep, you can earn substantial income with this company, especially if you're located in Fowler, California, or Fresno, California.
What is the best part of working at the company? They're genuinely supportive of their drivers‼️ I wholeheartedly recommend working here 💯‼️ What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Driving in Los Angeles—it comes with the territory. However, dispatch was consistently helpful. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Better than most. They truly treat their employees like family. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Typical OTR routine, mostly spent driving on the open road. Occasionally involves time waiting at shippers or receivers.
I really enjoyed working here. If you live in California, Arizona, Texas, or Louisiana, you'll have plenty of opportunities to stay busy. The pay is excellent, dispatch is outstanding, and I essentially created my own schedule. If you want time off to explore a location, it's as simple as asking. You also plan your own routes. The only downside is that if you don’t reside near their standard routes, it can be challenging to coordinate home time and get back on the road. It’s the best job I’ve ever had!
My supervisors are fantastic. I can't find any faults with the company. We mostly set our own schedules, and there’s a shop on-site. We have coverage through TVC Pro Driver services.
This is an overall excellent company to work for. Management respects my independence and doesn’t interfere unnecessarily. There’s mutual respect, and the environment feels familial. I have the flexibility to work when I choose, and all my day-off requests have been approved.
What is the best part of working at the company? Building strong connections with colleagues. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? The pay can be difficult to manage, and long-distance hauls in OTR can occasionally be demanding. They accommodate home time requests, but the process can still be stressful.
Payment is calculated based on zip codes rather than actual miles, which reduces earnings. For example, I had deliveries spanning two zip codes, separated by up to 50 miles, and those extra miles weren’t included in my pay. Layover pay is also not provided. Deliveries of refrigerated goods often require long waits—sometimes an entire day—resulting in lost miles and time.
Broken promises, extended time stuck in the desert, no home time—it’s a disheartening experience. I had to undergo physical rehabilitation and receive therapy as a result. The owners, from India, show no concern for you or your family. They belittle and mock employees behind their backs. I’ve been treated better by an aggressive stray dog—stay away.
The company lacks proper care. Communication with drivers needs significant improvement. Employees' opinions should be valued, and home time should be respected and ensured in a timely manner.
Highly productive and welcoming work environment. Excellent supervisors, great pay, and outstanding benefits. If I still lived in the area, I would rejoin the company. They have excellent work ethics and provide an overall positive employment experience.
