They deliver cars to my dealer, multiple have been damaged and I've been sitting on the phone to had an email added to the list to have bill of ladings emailed to when they deliver cars, sitting on hold for 12 minutes for something that'd take two. They better be glad I don't control who we use as transporters, because they wouldn't be delivering here anymore. Pathetic customer service and lackluster drivers!
the drivers for this company have absolutely no concern or consideration for other driving on the highway. driver with trailer 17008T cut me off from a merge lane and almost caused an accident, then proceeded to flip me off when i was finally able to get around him in anther lane.

Cut pay micro management,very sad place to work. Major turn around. 6 days a week for avg 85 90k and to much stress on numbers and damages.

Got laid off as a driver when Covid 19 first started and was told i was eligable for rehire but tried twice in 2021 and was turned down.
Worked for them almost 13 years had several bad experiences with them got hurt on the job and they put me on FMA an 13 weeks later terminated my position

Over the past nine years, I’ve seen a lot of changes—some good, some bad. The key to success here is staying focused on getting your truck loaded and moving. If you’re not earning over $90K, you’re not pushing yourself hard enough. There are plenty of rules and constant changes, but if you stay motivated and avoid negativity, you can build a great career.
The best part of working here was my coworkers—they were great, and I enjoyed learning a new industry. The most stressful aspect was dealing with equipment issues and the way performance was scored. The work environment was positive, with a culture of teamwork. A typical day was demanding, requiring strong time management to get as much done as possible.
The company values effort and compensates accordingly, making it rewarding to work here. Stress levels are minimal, and they operate as they claim to. A typical day involves hauling automobiles—load, transport, unload, and repeat.
The job is straightforward—I work OTR Monday through Friday and usually make it home by Friday evening. Most of my routes are in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee, but I’ll go to Texas if things slow down. Communication between management and drivers is excellent, and as long as you do your job, they don’t interfere. If you’re considering car hauling, this is a great company to join.
It’s a good workplace with solid benefits, though the insurance is expensive. Management could be more knowledgeable about dispatching, and the safety manager tends to be overly critical—but he’s just another employee, so don’t let it bother you.

If you’re willing to drive 2,500+ miles a week and travel anywhere in the U.S., you can earn substantial settlements here. As an owner-operator, there’s no forced dispatch—you can choose your own loads from their brokered system. They offer full fuel surcharges and excellent pay for tarp, stops, layovers, and oversized loads. Success here depends on hard work and staying out for extended periods.
Long workdays are the biggest challenge, but overall, it’s a great place to work. Management is decent, and the best part is the independence of being out on the road.
I enjoyed working here until I was laid off due to COVID-19. Management was supportive, and they don’t enforce forced dispatch, allowing drivers to choose their routes when available.
I worked here for over ten years but only received a 1.5-cent-per-mile raise in that time, which didn’t keep up with the cost of living. Insurance costs increased every year, and seniority meant nothing. Management doesn’t listen to employees, and voicing concerns can put your job at risk. They claim to have an open-door policy, but that’s not the reality. The shop is unreliable, though equipment has improved. If you leave, don’t expect to be paid for unused vacation time.
