We now work here and this is our second week. So far no complaints. We haven't sat once since we started. They get you loaded and by the time you get unloaded at your destination they already have a back haul for you. Me trucks, new trailers and great people to work with.

Been driving west coast here for 5 years now. This is by far my favorite employer of my lifetime! Safe, legal and on time performance is easily achieved by a disciplined driver. Human Resources are positive and helpful in all areas. Dispatchers are pleasant and helpful in every situation. Mechanical staff are on the spot and efficient. Tire shop very courteous and helpful. Wash bay personnel are ready to serve. If you are an honest and dependable driver you will be rewarded with a great experience. I will retire here with happy memories!

An excellent workplace where the company adjusts pay as needed. They’ve always been transparent, even when delivering news I’d rather not hear. Being an over-the-road driver is tough on family life, so having a supportive company makes a difference. Dispatch is great—they accommodate doctor appointments and ensure I get home when needed.

Long hauls from Michigan to California, Oregon, and Washington, with refrigerated return trips back to Michigan. Some drop-and-hook loads. If waiting at shippers for 2–15 hours while products are harvested and cooled doesn’t bother you, the work is manageable. Dispatch can be challenging to work with at times, and backhauls often require up to five pickups.
