I really for the 1st time in year's have finally found a good, no great company to work for, the staff are awesome people to work for and they give you loads and trust me they have lot and lots of miles, this company is hands down absolutely theee best company I have ever worked for!! I have had a great experience working with Vista, nothing is better than knowing that someone is listening and ready to help you. This is the case for Inna from the accounting service department. She is extremely professional and very well knowledgeable in this area. She pays very close attention to any request or explanation/clarification regarding my salary. Really, the company needs to hire a lot more people of Inna's caliber.

Don't listen to the bought and paid for fake 5 star reviews ..unless you like driving for free..do not go here , they are unprofessional, don't take responsibility or accountability for their own equipment and will make company drivers do owner op work and responsibility *pay wise* with below living wage and their dispatchers carry the biggest attitudes and will talk to their drivers like dead meat..oh! And don't have any family..they don't value family in this company and will leave you to cook to death in their trucks and none of them know how to use a phone unless it's to harass you, all these 5 star reviews are paid for and they will rob you of your money..don't work here unless you like working for free

Whoever comes to this company as an owner operator and need a good dispatcher, ask for Vasil he’s the best dispatcher I worked with in this company. He’s a great dispatcher to work with always makes sure you get you want a keep you busy. If there was more than five stars to give I would have given him…

I'm afraid that now I'm going to tell you everything I know about this company, and all the drivers will run to get a job here! But as a thank you, I have to express my thoughts. From the very beginning, as I was invited to work, and to this day absolutely all employees of this enterprise do not leave without attention for a minute. At any time of the day. I am especially grateful to Anastasia, as well as Jennifer, Paul, and my accountant Inna, my dispatcher Jumadil. And especially the log book support of Ilona, Kirill and others.

So far I've been with Vista trans for two weeks and it is the best company bar far my dispatcher Julie is thorough and reliable she is very diligent seeing that loads are available and prepped to customers desire .I feel safer with this company as a dry van driver .

This is a great company to work. They give you good mileage and great pay. Good atmosphere and great people to be around. All dm and management is vocal and responsive in a orderly manner.

Worst company I've ever seen . They hold escrow and keep your money. And they fine drivers for any citation or other situation they deemed necessary. Terrible experience.

Pros The team of professionals at Vista make working together with them smooth and fair and thats what we had been looking for and we found it. They really care about each and every truck and driver and we are so thankful that we found them and look forward to continue to build with many more trucks as we already have a handful with them and they have stuck to what they told us they could do for us and have made the day to day business communication very smooth. Pros Fleet managers are fine. Trailer and repair shops are not that bad. Cons Dispatchers are no good at all. I’m sitting in my truck at least 2-3 days of week. Dispatchers from vista trans don’t know how to plan and load properly

Pros NOTHING!!! I REPEAT!!! NOTHING !!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!! Cons This company will cheat you and steal your salary from week 1. They lay you over at pilot/Flying J for two three days with no loads. They work off loads from brokers won't pay for your layovers or detention If you do get a load don't expect another one to follow for 2 days! If you happen to get stuck in snow or soft patch the money will come out of your next check without notice. All these things happened to me in my first month driving for them. I am serious. If you don't believe me go take your turn and find out for yourself! GOOD LUCK!

Pros There's no pros I only give it a 1 because I have to rate at least 1 Cons Do not drive for this company all these good reviews are fake those people are payed to say good things this company is trash trucks are trash they tell u lies then they will get u 1000 miles from home and they will try to make u drive without hours and when u dont they will leave u stranded like they are doing me rite now as I speak and they told me they are not paying me wat they owe me and not paying my way home and they have me stranded in Chicago and I live in texas
