My rig's always lookin' brand new
Good pay
They're one of the few companies that actually takes care of their drivers.
I'm haulin' in the big bucks! 🤑🤑
Dispatch team is like a well-oiled machine ⚙️👍
Good company to work with. Easy process to sign in. Great dispatch communication and like brand new trailers.
Great and reliable transportation company! My retail clients are satified with Voyager's timely and quality service. Highly recommend!
The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! They shared valuable information to help my husband become first time owner operator. Thank you.
I was driving home from work today and there truck cut me off, almost took the front end of my new car off I was in the slow lane. It then threw a rock at my windshield messing it up. I called spoke with a man in safety with trailed number of truck told me he would look into and call me right back. He took all my info no call back!!!!! Thanks, but with drivers like that they should not be on the road, they will end up hurting or killing someone!!!!
Oh My Gosh, where to begin? I have been driving some 26+ yrs, and I have seen and dealt with a wide range of characters. And most of which had no clue about what a driver or Owner/Operator has to go through. The whole staff at VOYAGER NATION is very well up with knowledge and gives great respect to drivers and O/O. Since I heard about this company, I have had absolute positive help and consideration from the staff. Sani, my dispatcher is by far the best that I have ever had. I thank everyone on staff at VOYAGER NATION for all the truth and honesty they have shown my wife and I. They treat was like family and are willing to bend over backwards for us. They pay is outstanding. I have heard people say things negatively about pay. But keep in mind, that your own debt issues must be known, for you to understand your weekly take home. And I think $3000 - $4000 weekly take home after all my fuel and other cost is pretty darn good. That's all for us to put in the bank and do as we wish with. There is definitely money to be made working with, (not for), these fine people at VOYAGER NATION. I would highly recommend that anyone that is an Owner Operator to definitely contact the recruiting Dept. and inquire about becoming part of the family. Again, to all of VOYAGER NATION's staff, My wife and I thank you all from the deepest part our hearts. We look forward to a long and prosperous venture.
Great company, honest n good to work for.
I'm a broker and have been working extensively with Voyager Nation for about a year and a half. Especially with dispatchers Sani and Bryce, there is always 100% transparency and excellent communication between us and because of that things run smoothly. This a company you can trust to get the job done. Drivers are professional, are very capable and paperwork is always turned in promptly. I highly recommend working with this company.
Drivers you are being informed that you lease on with them and you give them the right to deduct at any time money from your bank!! They will screw you at every chance, You have been warned do not lease on with them.
My husband has been Owner-operator with Voyager for the last 3 years. We been thrugh many not so good companies before this one. If you join make sure you take advantage of all the tools they have to offer. Highly recomended.
Worked with Voyager Nation for some time and I learned a lot thanks to all the knowledge they shared. The entire team at Voyager Nation were always respectful and willing to help. Today I have my own authority so I dont run with them anymore but I'm thankful for the time I spent with them. If you are looking for a well organized company out of Florida than this company will surprise you. You will see that the percentage you share with it will be a good investment.
As a new Owner Operator I had tons of things on my plate. But Christian and his team are amazing. In them I found the support I was looking for. I have complete confidence they will work hard to build a long lasting relationship that I am also ready to give 100% towards. I feel great and am so excited to have found a place were I truly feel comfortable saying I will retire from here.
This is to me very sad But is the honest trust I try very hard to make some money with voyager nation. Ran all week for 3 weeks (except one day) Very hard and rushing the whole week Risking of getting into a accident And on top of that running against time Because the ELD (keep in mind i have a florida tag). So since I deside to drive in the state of florida only. i get penalized and punish and get horrible rates from this company when i know those loads are paying more They make you feel like you are at fault of getting shity rates
Great company to work for. Takes care of drivers and makes sure that everyone makes money. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend this company. It has been a nightmare, from playing with your money to charging random fees. I'll be more specific in my update to this review.
Good company with good, honest people working here. Takes care of drivers and makes sure that everyone is happy!
smart people with excellent skills of business running great company, highly recommended for owners operators
I was about to give up driving truck when a friend referred us to Voyager Nation where we found a place where we are respected and valued and we have the pleasure to have a great dispatcher her name is Cristi she goes above and beyond to help us no matter night or day shes there we had our issues like everyone else but I am grateful to work with a great team and want to thank everyone in Voyager Nation ..
I'd first like to start off with their top reviews being all from current employees... Moving past that, my wife and I were driving with our 2 young children to Atlanta, and during our drive in the POURING rain comes a huge semi driving like a bat out of hell. He almost caused several accidents including us by the amount of spray he was producing. Going atleast 80 mph in POURING rain. His truck had the ID 1916. This driver should be in jail, and this company needs to do a better job hiring.
Enjoy!!! Best owner operator company in Florida.
Had an okay experience with them.
Definitely the worst company that I have ever seen. They don't pay detention time.. . Made more money being a company driver ten years ago
I worked for this company for while . the boss is very easy to work with . the work environment is very friendly . only one think i did not like it was some times I have to work on Saturdays
Good company to start as owner operator. Easy and smooth start. OTR driving
This company has excellent dispatchers, a friendly team, and a fantastic owner. I highly recommend other drivers to work here because they are currently the best in the nation and likely will remain so in the future.
The personnel here are incredible—they are attentive, understanding, and go above and beyond to assist with your needs. From the recruiting process to interacting with the safety manager, I’ve always found the staff to be down-to-earth and approachable. Overall, I truly enjoy working here.
The company has a friendly and polite atmosphere, including the owner. Dispatchers are highly competent, and the trailers are newer and well-maintained, ensuring smooth operations.
However, they seem to change policies at their discretion, which has negatively impacted the cost-benefit ratio for me. Over the past three months, my paycheck has been below minimum wage, averaging roughly $0.70 per mile after deductions for their share and fuel expenses. Managing truck payments, maintenance, and other associated costs—including a 25% fee, $50 per week for trailer maintenance, bobtail insurance, optional physical damage coverage, a $2,000 tag fee, and $1,000 escrow—makes profitability challenging. Additionally, IFTA charges are divided among drivers, which may lead to unexpected surprises.
