My boyfriend loved it there. It’s very family orientated and the owners are nice. They do help you in time of need. If we didn’t have to move he would still work there. Great company.

What is the best part of working at the company? Working with some really good people. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Long hours and then not enough hours at times. Putting up with discrimination with pay. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Overall a good environment. However, they are partial to the people who work in Artesia. To each their own culture. Look out for yourself, because the company doesn't care about anything except their bottom line. You are a number. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Driving, and driving, and then more driving. Go home, get up, and do it again.

They make sure you get trained and then get you some more training and once you’ve been trained they will get the trainer to make sure your additional training is good enough for the field.

Worst job I’ve ever had no cap. Rig moves are the worst part about a drilling rig and this is all they do. If you like free time or having a social life don’t work here

How can a company hire new people paying them more than the ines who are faithful. Esp after the employees took a 10% pay cut and still dont have it back. Not only that they work their drivers illegally. Even oilfield has dot regs. They dont care that their drivers are unsafe. Yes they pay good but not enough to compensate fir your life. Beware of them

I loved my job here but it was more the locations managers that would make my job difficult. I felt that they really don't appreciate their employees.

Wilbanks Trucking is one of the greatest companies that I have ever worked for. Wilbanks has great wages, excellent benefits and opportunities to advance when you do your job well. They are dedicated to providing a safe environment for all employees. If you can't make it at Wilbanks, it says more about your work ethic and willingness to learn. I love my job and plan to stay as long as they will have me.
