A footage just posted by TikTok user Marvelous Marv has gone viral, racking up over ten mln views since it was posted April 19. The video captures the moment of a collision with a truck that had just driven off a ramp at Fancy Gap Mountain in Virginia.

The footage shows the camera moving at approximately 60 mph on Fancy Gap when another car suddenly drives past it. As the footage moves forward, the traffic officer grows increasingly concerned that the chauffeur might lose control of his brakes. The video includes views of the incident from the front and from the driver's side, as well as comments and tips for truck drivers who get into such scenarios on steep hills. The video also includes many sounds of Jake braking as the cameraman demonstrates how to safely descend the mountain.

In the sequel to the video, the dashcam passes a car driving off a ramp that had been swept away by another semi-truck seconds before. Although the moment itself did not make it into the video, it clearly demonstrates the dangers of driving on Fancy Gap Mountain and other steep slopes.

This footage sparked a discussion about the importance of safe driving, especially when driving large commercial vehicles.
