A trucker and his beloved furry co-pilot experienced a heartwarming reunion this week after being separated during a serious incident that occurred May 10 on Highway 412 in Greene County, Arkansas. According to the Greene County Sheriff's Office, a tractor trailer overturned just east of the intersection of Highway 412 and Highway 228, causing Blue's dog to run away from the scene. Although the vehicle chauffeur sustained only minor hurts, the separation from Blue was a crushing blow to him.

After a long and anxious night spent alone, Blue was finally searched at the propane terminal on the afternoon of Friday, May 12, where a compassionate couple was able to retain her secure until a driver came for a long-awaited meeting.
