The Portland Police Department is currently investigating a shooting incident that took place in the vicinity of the Alibi Tiki Lounge located on North Interstate Avenue. The incident occurred at approximately 10:45 p.m. and the authorities were immediately alerted. Upon arriving at the scene, the police found a male adult victim who had sustained injuries from the shooting. The police officers immediately administered first aid and applied a tourniquet to control the bleeding.

The victim was then transported to a local hospital where he is currently receiving treatment for his injuries, which have been confirmed to be non-life-threatening. The police officers on the scene were faced with a chaotic and hostile environment as they attempted to secure the area and locate the shooter. In the process, one officer was reported to have been punched.

The Focus Intervention Team and the Enhanced Community Safety Team have been dispatched to the scene to investigate the incident thoroughly. However, no arrests have been made so far. The police are currently working to gather more information and evidence to help them identify and apprehend the suspect responsible for the shooting.

The Portland Police Department is urging anyone with any information regarding the incident to come forward and assist with the investigation. They have also assured the public that they will do everything within their power to ensure that the perpetrator is apprehended and brought to justice. The police have also called on the public to remain calm and peaceful as they carry out their investigation.
