Thankfully, a K9 unit that was also inside the patrol vehicle was unharmed and received a thorough evaluation from a veterinarian to ensure its well-being. On the other hand, the two individuals in the speeding car were transported to a hospital for medical attention. Unfortunately, no further details regarding their conditions are currently available. The Washington County Sheriff's Office has taken charge of the investigation into this incident. They will work diligently to determine the cause of the crash and gather any necessary evidence.

This unfortunate event serves as a stark reminder of the importance of cautious and responsible driving.
