Tragedy struck in Orondo, Washington on Friday, May 19th when a car collided with a tractor trailer on Highway 2, resulting in the obliteration of the car and the death of its driver. According to a report by Wenatchee News, the driver of a 2022 Toyota 4Runner was traveling eastbound on Highway 2 when they "improperly" changed lanes and collided with a 2022 Freightliner semi truck heading westbound. The force of the collision was so severe that the car was completely destroyed, and the driver was killed on impact.
