Early Saturday morning a fire broke out in one of the units of the Holly Acres apartment located on Southeast Concord Road in Milwaukee. At approximately 11:30 a.m. the Clackamas Fire Department received an emergency call and immediately dispatched firefighters to the scene. When firefighters arrived on the scene, they discovered that the fire had caused significant damage to the dwelling.

Firefighters quickly took action to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading to other rooms in the apartment complex. Despite the intensity of the fire, firefighters were able to confine it to the boundaries of the affected apartment. Fortunately, no one was injured as a result of the incident.

During the rescue effort, firefighters were able to rescue a dog that was trapped in the apartment. The dog was reunited with its owner, which brought a sense of relief to the traumatized owner of the animal.

Although firefighters were able to rescue the dog and prevent further damage to the apartment complex, the cause of the fire remains unknown. An investigation is underway to determine the cause of the fire and to prevent future occurrences.
