Upon arrival, the responding crews were met with a harrowing sight as flames were seen burning out of a second-floor window. The firefighters quickly went into action mode and rushed inside the building to tackle the fire. To their dismay, they found heavy fire in the attic, which was inaccessible due to the ceiling's drywall. As a result, the crews had to pull down the drywall to reach the source of the blaze.
While extinguishing the fire, one firefighter suffered minor burns and was taken to the hospital for treatment. However, thanks to the heroic efforts of the firefighters, everyone else was safely evacuated from the building. The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and authorities are working to determine what could have triggered the flames. It is unclear if anyone was injured or if any residents were displaced as a result of the incident.
This unfortunate incident serves as a reminder of the importance of fire safety measures and the crucial role firefighters play in keeping our community safe.
