In the early hours of Saturday morning, a devastating incident unfolded in Vancouver as a DUI-related crash left four individuals with serious injuries, as confirmed by the Vancouver police. At approximately 12:45 a.m. on that fateful Saturday, officers swiftly responded to the scene of a single-vehicle collision in the 3900 block of Southeast 192nd Avenue. As the first responders arrived at the crash site, they were confronted with a harrowing sight a driver and three passengers, all wounded and in need of immediate medical attention. The impact of the collision was so forceful that one of the passengers was violently ejected from the vehicle, tragically landing in a nearby field approximately 40 to 50 feet away from the initial crash location.

In the face of such grave injuries, all four victims were expeditiously transported to a nearby hospital, where medical professionals embarked on the arduous task of administering critical care to stabilize their condition.
During the subsequent investigation, authorities from the Vancouver Police Department gathered crucial details regarding the circumstances leading up to the crash. It was determined that the 19-year-old driver had been traveling in a southbound direction along SE 192nd Ave. before the collision occurred, propelling the vehicle into a collision course with a tree. Distressingly, evidence points to alcohol as a contributing factor in this tragic incident.
