The Florida Highway Patrol (FHP) responded to a commercial vehicle accident Wednesday that resulted in a large spill of potatoes. The accident, which occurred in St. Johns County, Florida, spilled potatoes onto the highway. The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. April 5 in St. Johns County, Florida. FHP reports that two tractor trailers and two cars collided on northbound I-95 at mile marker 307. The collision involved two tractor trailers and two passenger cars, but fortunately there were no serious injuries.

The aftermath of the accident was a stunning sight: one of the trucks overturned and hundreds of pounds of potatoes were scattered all over the side of the road. The spill was so significant that it caused a temporary closure of the highway. FHP immediately began cleanup efforts, and they worked tirelessly to eliminate the aftermath of the incident.

Although vehicles sustained significant damage as a result of the incident, the good news is that all was without serious injury. FHP reminded drivers to always maintain a safe distance from other vehicles when driving on the highway. In addition, it is important to remain alert and cautious behind the wheel at all times to avoid such accidents.
