Two people were found dead after a shooting in the Woodlawn neighborhood Wednesday night. The incident occurred in the 2000 block of Northeast Lombard Street, and officers were called to the scene at 9:12pm after receiving a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, authorities discovered the body of a woman who had been shot. When detectives and Crime Stoppers examined the scene, they found the body of a man nearby, who had also been killed. The identity of the victims has not yet been determined, nor has the cause and manner of death.

The suspect or suspects fled the scene and police have not yet been able to apprehend them. No arrests have been made in connection with the case at this time. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details have yet been released.
