On Thursday morning in Portland, Oregon, a Tesla vehicle crashed through a glass wall of a building located at Northeast Couch Street and 10th Avenue, pinning a woman behind her desk. The accident occurred suddenly, causing chaos and panic in the building. Fortunately, the Portland Fire Rescue team was quickly on the scene and able to extract the woman from the debris. She was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment as a precaution, but firefighters reported that her injuries were not serious.

Another person was also taken to the hospital for medical attention after being hit by debris from the accident. It is unclear at this time whether this person was an employee or a bystander. The driver of the Tesla, however, did not require medical treatment and was not taken to the hospital.

The cause of the accident is currently under investigation, and authorities have not yet released any information about what may have caused the Tesla to crash into the building. Eyewitnesses reported that the vehicle was traveling at a high speed just before the crash occurred, but it is not yet clear if this was a contributing factor.

The incident has caused concern among residents and business owners in the area, who are calling for increased safety measures to be implemented to prevent similar accidents from happening in the future. Some have suggested that a barrier or other form of protection be installed to prevent vehicles from crashing into buildings.
