On Wednesday afternoon, a collision occurred between a CSX freight train and two semi trucks in Rosedale, Maryland. The accident took place at around 2:19 p.m. near the intersection of 68th Street and Lake Drive on May 10th. According to reports from WBAL 11 News, the CSX train collided with two tractor trailers, causing one of the truck drivers to be taken to the hospital. One of the trucks was found wrapped around the front of the train and pushed along the tracks. The current condition of the injured truck driver remains unknown. In response to the incident, CSX has closed the train track while crews work to investigate the crash scene.
